In an update to previously published research Evolution Beeson Gregory reiterate their BUY recommendation....

"the extension of the banking facility by two years has rid the group of the possibility of refinancing risk again looming as an issue over the share price. With access to bank lending increasingly restricted and the high yield market effectively closed....we believe that the decision to stay with the existing banking group was the appropriate course of action despite the increased funding cost.
....this action shows the lessons of the past have been well learned...as the group has effectively bought time to review alternative financing routes."

"Although the FX movement and finance costs weigh on current year earnings, the underlying operating performance underpins our confidence in the group's ability to deliver an operating margin approaching 10% in the medium term."

"Valuation does not reflect the potential solidity of the group. The group's putting in place funding for the next 3.5 years underlines the progress that has been made since the financial crisis of early 2001. We argue that the rapidly improving operating performance and financial certainty warrant the share price closing the 60% EV/Revenue discount to its nearest comparable(Ikon) and we reiterate our buy recommendation."

The Septics should be back from lunch by now, perhaps the action will start to break $2. Currently $1.90/95 only 200 on the offer, then 600 @ $2 :0)

Just got back in. Well done guys-textbook rally,nice profit up from 24p with resistance at 32p. Proves my gut instincts (as posted) still in working order but yet to profit out of DNK myself.

I want to see a test to break $2.

If Danky could break through $2, personally I wont suggest myself to pay over $2.10 yet but we never know if bigger buying pressure than today will come again tomorrow & break through $2.10 as well.

Its very buy' sensitive across the pond today. Moving back back up to test $2 in a serious way SCHB has 1000 @ $1.97 otherwise just 100's between $1.97 & $2.06 - looking good.

sp, I went out so did not see the blip. Looks strong buying pressure & hopefully break $2 and try the resistance at $2.10, which is nicely 35p for you, phook, bb, etc. :-)

Still like trading in the range that I have been expecting.
