The Institute for Supply Management's index for retail, financial services, construction and other non-manufacturing companies probably dropped to 55 last month from 57.2 in June, economists said. While a number above 50 means expansion, it would be the slowest rate of growth in three months. The report is due out at 10:00 a.m., New York time.

FTSE is forming an inverted H+S with a target of 4600 if completed......so the Dow better rally or I will be crying...LOL
