I'm a bit surprised to see it closing below $3 today, but the NASDAQ is looking absolutely rotten so that's probably got something to do with it.

No, they pretend to understand, they just love the English accent. Tell Me.....

How many times has an American said to you " Go on - Say something, Anything, I just Luuuv that accent" ???? Very Bizarre

touche. dont get me started on the yanks. I have met a few and as you say, a bit shallow and devoid of culture - they are too inward looking for my liking - no concept of a world existing outside their back yard. I would rather hold a meaningful conversation with a parrot than an average american. As for export, the only good thing they have exported is Frasier... my favourite comedy.

Looks like we are going to have to wait a while for the analysts to do their stuff.

My opinion of the US investors (if their bb's are anything to go by) is not very high.

They will be looking at 2 cents per ADS x 4 quarters = 8 cents x pe say 10 = 80cents per ADS.

Anyone got any idea why the swing between UK and US accounting on the non equity or 6.75% participating shares. UK gained £3.7M while US caned US$ 4.4M. This account for the difference between the UK and US eps.

They've got to do some digging to get to the value, but I don't give most of them that much intelligence, so I forsee a sell off with the institutions beginning to pick stock up in about a weeks time.

Hope I'm wrong.

Night all

tell you what, UK investors know how to interpret results. If Danka was only traded in the UK we would have no problems maintaing a rise. But since 86% of Danka shares is held in the form of American depositary shares we UK investors are at the mercy if US traders.
