What about all the Stop-Losses, and the other kind of Invester that sells low, And practically everyone invested since early April is STILL in the Profit. A lot of different groups sold today, Not to neglect the SHORT SHARES precisly Timed for Maximum effect. This will pass. That FULL SCALE SHORT attack could NOT have been predicted by antone but the SHORTER them self. Wait it out it will recover with the wind at its back.

why is it overvalued ?

Please provide the FACTS.

Here is some which you missed out.

4th quarter EPS was 7c = 1.2p

project that 12months out you get 5p. Which takes no account of growth.

With a forward price earnings ratio of 20 you get a price target of 100p.

So why is it over valued ?

Revenue decline is not the issue. Margins have increased which has contributed to profits. The market looks at the bottom line - PROFIT

They have reduced debt by 58%.

Its Called a FULL-SCALE Short attack.

Pretty OBVIOUS with bobo at the Helm and his partners taking turns SHORTING / BASHING

What other LOGICAL reason would they be here???

They made MILLIONS Shorting from $50.00 on Down. They got High Cash Flow when the price drops. So they are Hanging around to SCARE as Many people that will listen into selling.

They have created an Artificial Low price enviroment to Confuse the Average Trader into Dumping. This will help them to Cover at a LOWER Price.

bobo, I hope you hurry and cover before you miss your opportunity.

I don't see anything in todays press release to justify, or even hint of, todays share price drop. So, what's really happening behind the printed words that support todays trend ?

The stock is looking over valued on the figures shown today.....and the sequential decline in revenue in what should have been a strong quarter shows they have not turned the corner yet.

The revenue base needs to stabilise before full confidence is restored as they cannot keep cutting costs indefinetely....

The chart is showing a nice double top and needs to find support at the 50d ma ......

Someone in USA suggests that institutions are selling but very few actually own the shares. Must be shorters, imo. Question is - where to get back in?

Or get out on the cheap if there really is that much short interest.

do you think this stock has been pushed down delibrately so the big institutions could get in on the cheap ? just a thought.

Just amazes me how yellow bellied the americans investors are. We did so well here and they have, as usual, flushed that hard work down the drain.

Gents,
Don't panic too much just yet. I seem to remember the same thing happened last 1/4, only quicker and within a short time it was back to where it started.
According too the nasdaq, for the year the p.e was 2, not 24 it earned just shy of $2 for the year and 17c for the 1/4 befor excceptionals. At present it's bouncing about all over the place, $3.88 last trade over 800,000 traded. If I was to take a guess at the closeing price then I'd plumpt for $4 or to put it better a chance to top up at about 70p offer, in the morning.

If we don't respond to MMs tree shaking and shorters (if there are any), then very little will happen. Nothing changes the good results

EasyKill,

cheers.Through a friend of a friend, I've known about the potential Danka for four years now.Can either make or lose you a fortune.Followed it all the way down from around 200p to the teens and was on my do not touch with a barge pole list due to financing and re-financing problems at the time.Unfortunately due to a blip lost several companies from my monitor which included Danka and failed to read bb thread. I've therefore missed the early rises but am firmly on board now. There may be a few sceptics out that still think that it is all too good to be true. All the facts and calculations as per your post are there for all to see and reason why our American friends are so bullish. The potential to make a further 100% plus from 75p approx. is realistically there for all investors and is an open secret.Patience will i'm sure be a virtue and expecting to see 200p again.Let the trend be your friend on this one.Not too late for others to climb aboard.Taking advantage of any and all the buying opportunites as and when presented. imho, dyor.
