15/5/2002 14:55 | Lex1000 - from memory I think it dropped about 10p in 3 minutes then recovered the full 10p and went up a further 2p. This was when the price was at 42p ish so that represented about 23%. | pistonbroke1
15/5/2002 14:53 | If I recall correctly, about 20% before recovering around the same amount almost as fast ! Fun screen watching | newstarter
15/5/2002 14:50 | pistonbroke1, re: your post 2809 and specifically .."Those who were around to watch their screens on the 3rd qtr release day will remember the heart stopping few minutes when the price dropped dramatically when the results were released...." For those of us who were not around; can you give an idea of how dramatic was the drop? | lex1000
15/5/2002 14:43 | Very quiet over there $4.48 at present but with only 14900 shares traded. Is Holti about I seem to remember he had a friend at Danka who he spoke to on Q3 results day a reassuring hold signal was issued. Holti where are you! | pistonbroke1
15/5/2002 14:37 | Gone very quiet on here. Nadaq opened down but any news to report from the US on DNK? | lex1000
15/5/2002 13:15 | can anyone please remind us what the earnings expecations are ? | easykill
15/5/2002 13:14 | We're waiting for the U.S. and go and have a look at the Yahoo board - they've been moaning that there's been no trading in the UK today! Go figure. | smoketrader
15/5/2002 13:06 | Piston all appears a bit ominous, but come hell or high water I'm holding long and strong! GO DONKEY | jimmy28
15/5/2002 13:06 | Piston all appears a bit ominous, but come hell or high water I'm holding long and strong! GO DONKEY | jimmy28
15/5/2002 11:05 | jimmy 28 - I take it that you cut and paste, because the spelling is awful. We all know yanks can't spell! | millionaire
15/5/2002 09:46 | Because the yanks are so pre-occupied with the results release date, now they know, IMHO DANKY will fly on the Nas the afternoon :0) | serious punter
15/5/2002 09:42 | something very interesting. Just as an experiment to see if market makers were buyers or sellers of the stock I did the following. I tried selling 34,000 online, market maker was willing to buy off me, quoting a price above the bid BUT I tried buying more than 15,000 online and the order was rejected Get the feeling market makers want your stock. They marked the price down to scare nervous investors into selling. | easykill
15/5/2002 09:21 | Let's hope this wakes up the buyers in the u.s this p.m. another day like the last few would be very disappointing as they seem to blow the gains we make in the morning. - Bit of a slow start here considering | pistonbroke1
15/5/2002 09:13 | Easykill Nice one :0) | serious punter
15/5/2002 09:09 | Just been on the phone to Shandwick (PR for Danka), results out tomorrow at 1:30pm UK time. | easykill
15/5/2002 08:59 | Hi Oaks, hope hols going fine, and you are having a lovely relaxing time - take a big chill pill on me NS | newstarter
15/5/2002 08:57 | My DCM broke through £5 eventually, took 7 months but looks healthier. Sigora, I can't get data needed to analyse PMO but if they can get deal to sell their operation in far east then the company should have better financial position that makes the share price jumped up. I can't analyse long term position right now. cheers. | oaklandsway
15/5/2002 07:51 | still feel results shall be out today or tomorrow, should get some idea from the volume this morning | psychicdoc
15/5/2002 07:49 | Mornin All Ended up 6c across the pond. Despite the yanks dwelling on 'when are results out', (which IMHO the 'date' is totally irrelevent), because results will be out in May, sometime, and its their contents which are important. They've added the heavy weight of Mike Howard (ex Xerox) to the team, the infrastructure just gets better by the day. Should be a good day today, with 2/3p added to the price. | serious punter
15/5/2002 00:27 | i presume net income excludes sale of dsi as it is not a recurring income, yes if we can show a figure of say 12c then without any growth it makes it 48c for 1 yr and on a p/e of 20 if rated as its competitors we are looking at 10$ but again this is an estimate only just know, we will soon have the real figures, but for sure debt should be down and some growth in eps from last quarter is vital, margins should be good as well, overall revenue may be down but that will not affect the share price imho if other factors stated above remain positive, good luck to all, i feel we will see good results and in 6-9 mths time this little baby will certainly be in range of 10-15$, | psychicdoc
14/5/2002 20:15 | DNK is 1. still above its 20-day moving average, as it has been since the beginning of March. 2. still holding above 75p, which has been a support/resistance level in the past. 3. still in its upward trend channel. 4. IMHO just waiting to break above 85p. As share price says, maybe the UK will start to take the lead soon. | smoketrader
14/5/2002 18:23 | up 16cents low to average volume. interestingly the spread is narrow just 2 cents compared to last few days. when the spread has been large recentlty it has tended to go down lets hope it goes the other way. | sigora
14/5/2002 16:36 | I know just been a very slow day >:) | ambabe |
