this is from us board; but i feel p/e of 20 is more approriate and price without any presumed sequential growth then should be $840

I prefer to keep it simple. Assume those charges do not exist going forward. That means earnings of 6.5 million per quarter Times 4 quarters = 26 million or .42/ share. At a 15 PE
that is a $6.00 share price assuming they will make those numbers.
If people believe they will make those numbers, the price will go up. If not the price will go down.

No surprise, the progress still needs to improve to increase revenue & make it more consistance as SG&A increase by $7M while the revenue down. Q3 is much better. Detail analysis will come later as I can't online while writing.
