Isn't it 'funny' how the cash burn rate has suddenly slowed here (significantly) over recent months?

It's my guess some of the fundies have already given CYAN two fingers.

Just my opinion.

One (of many) questions is, how much of that recent hot money which poured into this company on the last carrot-dangle truly believes what they bought into?

Many will not have been familiar with the company and will have only since researched exactly what they've bought.

How many have looked back at the history here in any kind of detail?

Looks like the Woodford contagion of selling ill liquid/thinly traded stocks is causing Instis to completely exit CYAN.

A very rough estimate (looking at share transactions over 100k at a time) from 31 Oct 19, seems to indicate circa 33m shares have been off loaded.

This volume makes up over 18% of the company.

I reckon Herald, Canaccord, Marlsborough should be close to completely exiting. Wonder if Stamp has reduced his position too ?

TR1s are due/overdue if the above is true.

All speculation on my part to explain/understand the continued selling pressure.

Oh dear!....Fred Splange, you are clearly an ignorant, unpleasant chap who would be more valuable painting your 'Momemtum' banners than risking your social security cheque in high risk areas you know absolutely nothing about...
But, in the full knowledge I will be wasting 5 min of my life I can never retrieve, I will attempt to educate you.....

Under Disclosure Rules and unlike UK Stock holders, Overseas holders only have to notify the market at every 5% change whether it be up or down.....So, we will not see another notification, only the effect from their continued selling

Stick to scratch cards and slot machines....Its much easier

Chunky large sells. Looks like another fund (Marlborough Microcap/Guy Feld) selling out or Canaccord completely exiting as selling into any strength.

Therefore pleasantly surprised to see a small uptick today.

Last holding RNS says they hold almost 5%, what makes you say they're selling and have hardly any left? Or are you just making that up, perhaps?

canaccord selling holding this back. Two weeks ago they held 8.7m.....doubt they have too many left now. 38% of stock held by directors or institutions so only 113.5m in free float. Some news would help

Yes I did post that but I refer to last few weeks trading. The sells seem to be snapped up.
Time will tell!

Hardly a bombshell multibagger.

I think I posted on the day of their original forecast that the turnover would not be met. Others 'over the road' also said the same. So whilst some could see it coming, others....

Like I say, I've tried to warn you all the way down, over several years.

You seem to remain blind to the dozens of times others have called this correctly, but instead, at every level, have been talking this up, only for it to slide again. I guess you're looking for your 'spike of vindication', regardless of what your average share price is....

Regards.

The large transaction sells seem to have petered out for now, and any decent buying volumes nudging the share price gently upwards.

However, whether there will be further selling into share price rises / on announcement of contract news by determined sellers/funds, remains to be seen.

Two weeks to the day when the RNS bombshell dropped....and we were supposed to hear of contract developments in a few weeks....so should not be long hopefully.
