Do you understand what 'hot money' means? It is no way a compliment.

Being held back with the 500k seller, soon as that's finished or could now be finished we should start to see a recovery here. Like you said, a whole lot of hot money has been piled in here so let's see how today pan's out.

Lots of hot money has now piled in. A fresh wave of punters who do not properly understand the history of what they've bought into. I think you'll find a lot of it bailing before the materialisation of any contracts, which as history would show, are far, far from being 'nailed on'. Even if they are secured, the terms will likely be over many, many years with no guarantee of sufficient cash upfront. Cyan have spent years announcing significant contracts 'received by not yet delivered'. Few have actually converted into significant banked funds. (coming from someone who has watched the company for 15 years)

Hi MB,Thanks for the Which article link. It's more imperative that we confirm the Toshiba comms module is only 2G capable - AND that 2G enhancement/erosion of Not-Spots is excluded from the mobile 4G network upgrade.I saw your robust posting about today's RNS shenanigans, etc. It did make me wonder again about potential deliberate share price suppression and a go-private option. IIRC JC has a substantial shareholding and lots of cheap options, any insight to the DJ-P vs JC relationship? They didn't seem very cuddly at the Springtime London event..Cheers, tightfist

Does that mean you receive 1p for every share you acquire? Interesting.

Final transaction reported is a 1.075m buy @2.52p Total (apparent) buys : 4,753,163 Total (apparent) sells: 2,269,391 Cant' tell if buy/sell: 643,488 Shareholder paper value wiped out today: 40% Let's hope we see a few RNSs about some Director/PDMR buying after today's painfully, poorly and pathetically managed communication debacle. Most investors understand that in the real world contract delays happen and can accept that, albeit grudgingly. However, allowing such a brief, cold and callous RNS bereft of context or mitigation to be put out has undermined trust in the credibility and judgement of the BoD. Notwithstanding fundamentals, the stock market is largely sentiment and emotionally driven. Market facing image, mood and perception management (basically marketing and communication) is part and parcel of a corporate management role in a listed company. Lesson for Yellow Jersey and the BoD as how NOT to do Public Relations or how not to release RNS without due care and careful consideration. EDIT: Just noticed that a 5,071,428 @2p trade went through at 14:57- likely that a fund has reduced significantly....as other trades of 500k x 2 also went through at the same time. Hopefully not a Director or notifiable holder sell !!

No surprises here really. I had total confidence in JCs inability. He has not let me down. I reckon he can get it to 0p. A true world leader worth every penny of his salary, bonuses and consulting fees. The gravy train survives for now.

I like the way everyone blames the company for customer delays. Worth a read on how the big players see the market Https://www.landisgyr.com/webfoo/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/CMD-Landis_Gyr-2019.pdf

A voice in the back of my mind says that BI were aiming to validate their line in November - the Spring London meeting?.BoJo has already been electioneering on the basis of improved communications, the party's "promises" will presumably now only accelerate..... Whether that is related to your recollections not sure.

"...Regarding BI is there a one-off technology-transfer licence fee payable against milestones? There is something in the back of my mind.... they sent in a technical team in Q1 to press ahead and enable BI..." Not known for sure on my side, but I did speculate on this BB that IP transfer fees (once the production line has been set up and tested), may be one way of achieving the the now buried market forecast of £7m revenues. "...What are the timescales for the improved mobile coverage? Remember the Toshiba meter is IIRC only 2G capable..." Regarding the above it was in the news a couple of weeks ago - either The Times on the BBC website - if I find the item, I'll share it.

Hi again,Regarding BI is there a one-off technology-transfer licence fee payable against milestones? There is something in the back of my mind.... they sent in a technical team in Q1 to press ahead and enable BI.Setting BI to one side, I agree that for the next year Cyan is realistically an Indian play. What are the timescales for the improved mobile coverage? Remember the Toshiba meter is IIRC only 2G capable.Cheers, tightfist
