22/11/2018 07:33 | Excellent news of our expanding footprint through distribution partners...reducing our capex and implementation risks. Also given the countries involved funds to implement ambitious projects less likely to be an issue ? | multibagger
22/11/2018 07:15 | CyanConnode Holdings plc ("CyanConnode" or the "Company") CyanConnode Enters United Arab Emirates and Bahrain smart metering market CyanConnode, a world leader in narrowband radio frequency ("RF") Mesh Networks, is pleased to announce that on 19 November 2018 it signed a distribution agreement with DS Technology DWC LLC ("DS Technology") (the "Agreement"), as a Systems Integration and Distribution Partner for the United Arab Emirates ("UAE") and Bahrain. DS Technology is an Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and services integration company. The company is a trusted integrator to the Utility, Oil and Gas, Government, Defence and Telecommunications sectors and focuses on very large-scale telecommunications and network infrastructure, applications and services which are designed, deployed and supported by highly skilled technical and management teams. Under the terms of the Agreement CyanConnode displaces a significant competitor. The Agreement also includes various sales performance milestones. DS Technology will distribute CyanConnode's RF Mesh Networks, which are self-forming and self-healing, as well as its revolutionary Ominmesh platform that can manage multiple communication systems through one management control interface, thereby significantly reducing complexity and integration costs. The Gulf Corporation Council ("GCC") has estimated that GCC member states may be able to save up to US$ 10 billion in infrastructural investment by 20201, through the use of information technology, including smart grids and smart metering. The GCC estimate provides DS Technology and CyanConnode with an immense opportunity to work with integrated utilities in the region. Harry Berry, CyanConnode's Chief Operating Officer, commented: "We are excited to announce this Partnership with DS Technology, who have decided to replace a previous vendor's solution with CyanConnode's RF Mesh Networks and Omnimesh. "With DS Technology's established customer base in UAE and Bahrain, this partnership provides CyanConnode with a quick route to market. The partnership will maximise sales potential in two new territories as well as widening the Company's global distribution channels." Omar Barzanji, DS Technology's CEO, commented: "As the integrator of one of the largest Smart Grid deployments in the region, DS Technology is a market leader who offers highly innovative and sustainable telecom solutions to its utility customers. "DS Technology is delighted that it can now offer its customers CyanConnode's RF Mesh Networks and Ominmesh solutions, which are uniquely suited for our regional utilities and in the knowledge that CyanConnode's technology has been proven by large commercial scale deployments." 1hxxps://www.middlee | cpap man

21/11/2018 17:11 | Timberrrr ... 0p target imo. Cyan has the team with a proven record of failure here so I do not expect them to disappoint. About 8 months cash left and who on Earth would throw money into the next fund raising? | lwaxf13
21/11/2018 16:09 | I expect another RNS shortly to help keep this buoyed.....but the recent news on the UK smart roll-out is sinking in here. | realist1950

19/11/2018 08:25 | IMO Should have been sacked back then and now for complete failure to deliver anything for share holders whilst trousering obscene amounts for ... err ... for what exactly? Let’s have some more low bar options for the team to reward them like big hitters. Something that they might actually hit. Imo they should be set above 80p because the share price was above 80p when the big hitters arrived. But we know they struggle to hit anything so to make it easy let’s set the options at say 0p :-) | lwaxf13

18/11/2018 07:39 | Good morning davep4 and all :) Not sure if we are involved in the National Grid project, but we can always hope ! About 6 weeks to end of financial year, so not long for the white label deal to be announced, if it indeed has come to fruition. I expect us to make at least £2-3m loss this year, but hope that the revenue generation is as strong in Q4 as forecast. Good luck all ! | multibagger
15/11/2018 15:31 | "The raising of circa £5m was with a view to take us through to breakeven - IIs were apparently not keen on further dilution after this round and wanted to ensure that there is no further a "cap in hand" moment." THE IRONY! J*SUS WEPT. | realist1950 |
