Looking at the graph in the header, watchers from the sidelines should note the pattern of the spike as shown between July and October 2017 and compare that patttern / shape with the most recent placing spike.

Yes, noted Stedon.

Shameful really.

Wave goodbye to a double digit share price. Well-crafted, but disposable, it has served it's purpose for now.

Given past performance, one must be mad not to lock in a profit here whilst it's there imo.

Just my view of course.

Spot on with all your posts Realist, I couldn't of said it better, he's at it again this morn.

And isn't it interesting that Pete Hutton has left?

I guess the bit of ARM kudos on the BOD has served its purpose?

The official reason stated would imply, at best, there are more important things to be working on.

I would also add that he has been encouraging others to buy in to this from around 30p whilst I warned, all the way down, that there would be future fund raisings and that the stock would touch 7-9p.

His response to the most recent placing was:

"oh well it's done now"

Quite extraordinary.

The company really can't do anything wrong.

THE MOST perfect retail investor (if you're a PLC relying on investment to remain as a going concern).

'Tonyj' is an expletive on this thread.

I have seldom come across another poster so utterly self-deluded and 'married' to a stock as him. He writes either without any shame or any concept of self awareness.

He is 'invested' in all the wrong ways in my opinion - crucially, emotionally.........the confirmation bias in full swing.

If you're new or green to the stock market and finding your way, his posts should come with a wealth warning.

He is either incredibly unfortunate or irresponsible. Or both.

All in my opinion....and without prejudice.

Tonyj over on the HELL.S.E.site seems to think all is hunky, so he must be right:)... he just cant be wrong, either that or he needs his head feeling, I have a strong feeling that you all think otherwise:)

Any spike was bound to be short lived off a purchase order announcement. They have enough purchase orders to keep them all busy on their calculators adding up all those millions but not much real hard cash to count :-)

Same old. Crock.

That spike was short lived... As expected.

The non story is still the same here.

Indeed, why on Earth would anyone throw money at this? Imo after funding it will be more of the same old. Years of nothingness from Cyan whilst paying themselves like big hitters.

Someone taking under the quoted bid there to get shot.

The question is, can the management get another announcement out before this skids (and 'skid' is the right word) back under 10p?

And I wonder if the BOD have finished sweeping up the streamers and spent party-poppers from the post-fundraising party yet? Or maybe they had finished sweeping up a week before they even made the announcement.....(whilst the price was riding high on their nicely paced orders RNS').

Some say HB is still asleep, on the floor, slumped against a wall, with a wet party horn hanging from his mouth.

ALL IMO, without prejudice etc.

The board can say and believe whatever they want. I don’t believe anything they say. Failure about sums up their big hitter performance here. Hands up if you would hire this lot if you needed a top crew to head up a business .

"The Board believes that the Fundraising will provide CyanConnode with sufficient resources to achieve cash flow break-even based upon current expectations."

I can honestly remember Kenn Lamb (RIP) saying something similar over 10 years ago.

A bit worry this:

"As highlighted by the Company previously, certain markets that the Company trades in have an inherent level of uncertainty associated with them and this may result in the predicted level of sales not being achieved, and/or the timing of orders being delayed, as has been the case for the Company in the past. The Directors have taken reasonable steps to satisfy themselves about the robustness of sales forecasts but acknowledge that the timing of customer orders in the Company's target markets can take longer than expected.

The Board believes that the Fundraising will provide CyanConnode with sufficient resources to achieve cash flow break-even based upon current expectations.

Huge sell completed this morning. Does that mean a) OmniMess must be flying off the shelves or b) PI's have been pipelined ?
