well multi - that's some confidence. I do hope they get the funding sorted. Hope its not you moving out of arc and into these; certainly some weakness there at present.

Well I took 252719 thru' a negotiated trade with Finncap and another 180k earlier today. So I know that there is no stock...stops are being pulled aka "stop hunting". I guess Finncap forward sold and then triggered the stops. Nothing new here.

Multi, my understanding is that any electronically traded stock - SETS or otherwise cannot be manipulated in this way. Is it not more likely that the short term traders have their 5% - 10% and are just banking profits?

"Tree shake" I guess....as there is little stock available, MMs have to try and build up their inventory of CYAN shares by making nervous holders sell up (to sell on a mark up when there is favourable news and pretty imminent).

They do this by dropping the bid price in a steady step by step fashion, to give the impression that there are far too many sellers...and also helps MMs hoover up stock released by the triggering of stop losses.

Standard Operating Procedure for MMs to hoover up stock (usually before expected favourable news).

If you intend to hold for the long term, this is a sign to buy more shares. That's what I am doing :)

This is being grossly misrepresented in Level 2 display and ? being held back as it is actually 16.9p in buy in any sizeable quantity.....

How much longer can it be held back ? Not long...not long at all and certainly not on any favourable news !

Hi Janeann,

Welcome aboard...and I am very optimistic for CYAN over the next 12-18 months. This could easily outstrip all my other big holdings for growth and profits (with the usual caveats) - the likes of ARC,IDEA and LTG. Not too late IMHO to get in - plenty in the tank share price wise if you have a reasonable time frame.

Hi Golla,

Welcome on board....lighting is not an area of focus for CYAN at the moment. There is so much to play for in the smart metering space, so that is where CYAN are concentrating their resources and efforts.

I get the feeling that has become a major part of their strategy along with the shift from hardware to software and developing licensing deals with royalty payments.Recurrent sticky revenue being the major objective along with getting a foothold in various utilities, as then the roll out opportunities are massive.

If you listen to Anil Daulani's interview (link at the top of the page) and the Investor Presentation slide pack, you'll get the basics of what we are about.

Still around, still fully invested and in some good profit. Long way to go to my arget price so wont be selling any time soon. Holding substantial quantity. Not adding atm as rest of funds invested elsewhere.
