19/10/2018 11:48 | How many years and how many millions squandered, how many executive flip flopping strategies whilst destroying the share price? How much on big hitter salaries, big hitter bonuses and low bar options for big hitter (that they miss by a mile!!!) Roll on more of the same. | lwaxf13
19/10/2018 11:01 | Having supported in a number of placing I was annoyed not to have been contacted, but at least on this occasion there is an OO. I have never sold a Cyan share- to my cost hitherto! | bscuit
19/10/2018 10:41 | This is TonyJ's reaction: "Morning all and Colour. Did not expect the £5m to come from that direction more of a loan but its done and that is that....//....Would have liked a mention re TATA Mumbai and Reliance as first pipeline just to know they are still with us." A 'beyond remarkable' attitude towards 1) being wrong, hand over fist, for a few years running and 2) being utterly shafted. He is the 'perfect' investor for companies like CYAN. | realist1950
19/10/2018 10:31 | realist195018 Oct '18 - 09:31 - 2928 of 2936 Edit 0 4 0 Well they say 'buy on rumour, sell on fact'! Perhaps the emerging fact is that the rumour is not coming to fruition. And if the rumour is still to materialise, the price is currently slipping back from the rumour spike. And is it a fact this company needs more funds to even continue as a going concern, let alone to actually execute (deliver) any orders? I suspect any such fundraising will be carefully wrapped up in another 'order received but not delivered' type announcement. AIMO. ADYOR. | realist1950
19/10/2018 10:27 | All as predicted, as ever. Newbies would do well to scan back over my posts of the last year and learn who calls this one correctly, regardless of their position. But cyan now has it's new wave of believers in place.....including the hapless multibagger on the other thread. These people have, at best, 6 months worth of experience of this company and know nothing of it's past form. They represent exactly the fresh wave of optimism this company has managed to sweep up over successive periods......the drum beaters who are looking to get rich quick, who encourage others to do the same, only to become locked in and who instead become committed long-termers, adding at what they think are better and better prices......but who are ALL ultimately washed up and left high and dry. My next prediction? The company will make another announcement shortly with an order update. For those who do not suffer from the Confirmation Bias, the choreography of the RNS' is all there to be seen. Always do your own research. All in my opinion and without prejudice, as ever. | realist1950
19/10/2018 10:24 | lol. Sounds rather unsavoury. Any yes, TonyJ is the most blinkered. But not far behind him is multibagger. Deary me. | realist1950
19/10/2018 10:06 | Remember the bit when I mentioned the unmistakable whiff of placement shares being forward sold... TonyJ were you paying attention ? Cronin has just got you to pay around 15-20p for those 10p placings. You have to hand it to him... I really didn't think anyone would fall for it again but in the world of TonyJ they are queuing up for a bit of Cronin's pipeline. | mtw
19/10/2018 10:04 | detective1 - aka cyan newbie - have you fully wound your neck back in yet? | realist1950
19/10/2018 09:41 | Rexi, and what ever happened to that £10m order? Or TNEB, or Bangladesh or Ghana, voda, Ukraine, enzen, newcap, dinsmore, pondicherry, pgcl, Brazil, yaming, gridsense, noida, aska, retrofit, ecolibrium... You get the picture. | fred splange
19/10/2018 08:32 | 10p?!! Thats 0.05p in old money. Only about 90% below the share price the day the world leading team arrived to turn this into a world leader on their world leading salaries, bonuses and low bar options. A quality company. | lwaxf13
19/10/2018 08:22 | The implication in the RNS IMO is that there are new bigger orders waiting and so IMO this is a risked play on "do you believe that"....DYOR | qs99
19/10/2018 08:13 | They are raising the money as they have a huge pipeline of orders, over 100m from India alone being negotiated. The share price nearly tripled on a 10m order. Read the second part of the RNS. This money will help them assist these massive orders. Several directors putting in a lot of money and the £5m is expect to take them to cash flow positive. | reximill
19/10/2018 08:00 | The board are quite systematic offenders. This fund raise wasn't unexpected I agree. It's hard to trust them. That said directors have also bought higher on open market & there is a plan. So they believe, but do you believe in them and are they good enough to execute it would be my main summary of this one. | anthony16731
19/10/2018 08:00 | Hi janeann, I was expecting circa £5m to be raised, but did not expect it to be fully through equity and at a 18% discount. Short term the share price will react, but still very confident with my investment in CYAN. Of course, I could always buy more at the open placing or when the market opens, but I have a fair few already... DJP investing another £750k to average down is hugely positive, as is Anil taking £100k. I am pretty chilled to be honest, I play the long game as you may have worked out :) Good luck all ! | multibagger
19/10/2018 07:55 | but IF this really is the last CYAN funding prior to B/E then it might be worth a go? Thoughts? | cpap man
19/10/2018 07:45 | Not a surprise really though | cpap man
19/10/2018 07:44 | well fund raise proposed - perhaps not in the way you were expecting multibagger? quite a discount to current price. | janeann
19/10/2018 07:06 | This explains the recent spike, thanks but..... | skinny
18/10/2018 21:15 | Good luck with the shorts | detective1
18/10/2018 17:05 | Hopefully they can raise enough to keep the gravy train running and ensure monthly payroll will be met for some more months until the next next fund raise :-). Why not Throw in some Xmas bonuses and some more low bar options. I think setting the options at 0p might give the top notch team a fighting chance before the price actually gets to 0p :-) Quality. | lwaxf13

17/10/2018 17:05 | Rumours “arife” about what? | lwaxf13
16/10/2018 20:50 | disagree realist. rumours arife ;-/ | detective1
16/10/2018 16:00 | Multibagger beginning to sound desperate on the other thread. How far will the retrace continue? A fair few must be wondering if they should lock in what profit remains. | realist1950 |
