29/9/2018 09:01 | Multi and realist - In fact I have done both of those things. Sometimes wish I’d done neither. Whilst there has been substantial delay with Cyan’s business development I’m not convinced it’s either doomed or on the verge of greatness. There is definitely potential there, but as we all know that doesn’t guarantee success. Keeping an open mind. GLA. | major courtenay
28/9/2018 20:19 | And if you'd done that in the past Major Courtenay and invested on the back of company rhetoric, you'd be nursing an almighty loss. | realist1950

28/9/2018 17:14 | What an amazing performance from team Cyan. the share price is up about 100% from an all time low (which was down about 90%). Now Up 100% from a pathetically low base. Any chance of more low bar options to reward team cyan for destroying the share price then pulling it up off the floor? On a serious note let’s see if any of these recent mega bucks deals turn into actual real cash. | lwaxf13
28/9/2018 08:56 | I guess the question for me is whether this large announcement is a flash in the pan, or a taste of things to come. Time will tell. | major courtenay
28/9/2018 06:35 | I have a gut feeling that resolution of the funding issue will be announced next week. My guess is around £5m will be raised and hopefully not thru' issue of more equity. Once that is done, I am sure that the share price will be on a much stronger footing. Good luck all :) | multibagger
28/9/2018 06:32 | Good morning all :) We seem to be interestingly poised liquidity wise at these levels. So we could be in a "proverbial coiled spring" mode relative to usual CYAN trading patterns. Let's see what the day brings, but my money is on a decent blue result today ! Go on CYAN and indulge me :) | multibagger

26/9/2018 19:18 | Hi, Two things I noted are that there no clues in the first announcement of the number of units (broadly indicating unit pricing) and the second announcement suggests that recurring revenue is now suppressed to 20% of the total order value and drawn-down over 5 years. This suggests IMO front-end loading of revenue and an ultra-competitive India pricing environment? What's your take? (I still remain reasonably confident of CC as a business proposition and investment but want to see the fund-raising terms before I think about going deeper - and a sustained break above 13p.).Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
26/9/2018 16:14 | ...mmmmm...."not posted by me"? North Korean hacking or something closer to home?IIRC there was comment on a legal case...... which would appear to relate to false allegations being made against a golf club re discrimination. Hardly relevant! | emptyend

26/9/2018 07:01 | Good morning all :) Good to see the share price regaining the lost ground in a cautious manner.Long overdue but market sentiment fully understandable. Still think we will be looking at a £2-3m loss this year, if a white label licensing deal does not come through by end of Dec 18. Not sure how much we will get from SMETS2, but I am thinking about 3 month contract revenue (10% notspot) of circa £666k (Sep-Dec 2018). Don't know how much revenue will come from India/RoW for sure this financial year. So funding gap could be circa £3-4m in my book, but closer to the upper figure. So I would expect funding arrangements of about £5m...as JC won't want to risk having to come back to funders for more. I am sure that funding clarity and details will be announced in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully no more equity dilution. Onwards and upwards and good luck all :) | multibagger
25/9/2018 23:00 | Away in the Alps for seven days, gloriously free from an online connection, by design and throughout......retu A few RNS' I see of which I've given only a cursory glance....including an order.....and all just as predicted by myself (see earlier posts). Here begins that 'fattening' I talked of, before the 'slaughter' of the next fundraising - imo. Fatten the share price and fatten the swell of belief. It's all there, along with my other predictions - ALL of which have come to fruition......includ And isn't it interesting how the second RNS was not lumped with the first but instead knocked out a week later; spacing the news like this it's clear to me at least, that maximum mileage is being sought to pull this back up from the quagmire. This is my view anyway and AIMO, as always. So, the company has announced a new order, the value of which is approx 10% of what has previously been announced, again NOTE: received but not yet delivered.....with a fraction due, it is hoped, before the end of the year. 700K. Well. Not much has actually changed. Note slippage on past order execution/delivery.. Hmm! 'Watch the Birdy!' In my view, and going on past form, unless you are happy to be diluted and are prepared to continue funding this outfit, £5M coming in from previously announced orders (finally DELIVERED) vs £10M in new received (but not delivered) orders would actually be more useful to this company that is, on current performance, STILL set to turn in another stonking loss. 'Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity'........but newbies should be aware that CYAN does not even have the turnover as yet, at least not in any meaningful volume, let alone the profit. Last years loss stood at some 11 Million. In real terms the company isn't really any better off now than it was a week ago.......and the market has already been told that past announced orders received will need extra funding in order to fulfil / execute. Funding arrangements / demands, will, I'm sure, be forthcoming soon.......as I predict they'll be needed soon. Watch and see. All in my opinion as always. ADYOR. All without prejudice. | realist1950

24/9/2018 10:21 | Taken from the 24/09 Finncap BN: A $2.9m, five-year support and maintenance contract will help to underpin our forecasts. It follows on from last week’s $11.6m order for Omnimesh IPv6-based hardware, perpetual software licences and services, received from a Tier-1 Metering Partner for deployment by a State-Owned Utility in India. This was always expected following the contract win but the sheer scale of this order shows the oppo rtunity ahead for the company. As noted by the management, the company will need some sort of financing over the next few months to deliver that opportunity. | euclid5
24/9/2018 08:36 | Mark cap so low this company will be taken out in no time for its IP, if nothing else. | cumnor
24/9/2018 08:15 | Liquidity is price dependent at any level and there is a decent quantity of float - so it's just that the bid will have to go up ! :) | multibagger
24/9/2018 08:10 | I think liquidity will be a struggle if this continues | last chance 191 |
