19/9/2024 15:28 | Was that you sneaking another wee top-up, ITT. This hiatus had better be worthwhile. My 'patience chip' is running out of power. Fabulous day up here in Ultima Thule. Warm, blue sky. Not really a day for watching paint dry. | derek ten bag
18/9/2024 09:41 | Hi DTB No trades but you can sell 350K shares online - whatever that is telling us. GL ITT | inthetin
18/9/2024 08:56 | After quite an active couple of days, here we are mid-morning and not a single trade. Weird. And, as an aside, still the same six posts on the Careers section of the website. | derek ten bag
17/9/2024 17:27 | I'm crushed, ITT. Crushed, I tell you. And there was me thinking you were one of the great panjandrums of the investment community. Ah well, let's hope it all works out well for us. I believe (hope) it will and I will be happy for both of us and all the other good folk on this site and the other one. Onwards and upwards. | derek ten bag
17/9/2024 16:21 | Hi DTB I'm a novice too. I've probably been a novice for longer than Cyan has been a start-up. GL ITT | inthetin
17/9/2024 15:50 | No problemo ITT. The novices, like myself, look around for the crumbs that fall from those with greater insight and try to learn from them. I always appreciate your analysis, whatever it may be, and use it to try to assist me with my decision-making. But thank you for your observation. I assume that it implies that there is an underlying demand for the stock. But who knows. All will be revealed in due course, no doubt. KR DTB | derek ten bag
17/9/2024 15:31 | Hi DTB I'm not going to give my opinion any more. Instead, I'm just going to keep to and provide facts, if I think that people might be interested. KR ITT | inthetin
17/9/2024 15:17 | And what, ITT, does that tell you, if anything? | derek ten bag
17/9/2024 13:45 | Cyan Commode's cistern broken again? | estienne
17/9/2024 12:48 | Gleach23, thx. Flukey timing really just ahead of the placing at a premium, but I'll take it :o)) I was hoping the price would continue to drop for more top-ups, but that now looks unlikely without some sort of jolt to the market in general. | rivaldo
17/9/2024 12:10 | You can sell 500K shares online with AJ Bell. Only ever known that to be possible over the last few days. | inthetin
17/9/2024 10:27 | Hi DTB....it's pleasing to note that the underlying strength of yesterday remains for the moment. With the current market quote 8.7p-9.1p, there appears to be less then 50k shares available to buy close to 9.1p whereas one can sell at least 150k @ 8.93p | gleach23
17/9/2024 07:59 | PS: It seems rather a large spread this morning. Can we read anything into that? | derek ten bag
17/9/2024 07:52 | Morning gl23. Your knowledge of the trading picture is always much appreciated and your prediction for a positive start seems to have worked out. As for timing, I am very pleased now that at the start of 2020 (seems an age ago now) when the share price was 3.2p, I bought some for 3.2p. That said, had I waited for just two or three weeks, I could have bought for 1.5p! Still, mustn't grumble. | derek ten bag
16/9/2024 17:23 | Hi DTB....yes you're right that we've been saying that for a long time but I thought the additional risk of a further top up was worth it following recent events. Similar to ITT I think, my current holding now consists of a third purchased between 7p and 9p which I'm happy with. By the way, the closing market quote of 8.4p-8.8p didn't reflect the tighter underlying share price as I could sell at least 150k @ 8.7p going into the close. On top of that, a nice late reported trade of 230k @ 8.99p bodes well for the morning. Good luck and I hope you're right about the timing, although I think rivaldo should be taking any awards for timing! | gleach23
16/9/2024 14:04 | I see that crux still own the same number of shares as at the time of their last notification on 17th April (but their percentage holding has decreased to 4.065% due to dilution in the recent fundraise). So the weakness of the past few months isn’t down to them continuing to sell. | johnwall
16/9/2024 12:31 | The thing is, gl23, we have been saying for a very long time on here that we are 'fully loaded'. And then we have a small top-up. And then it's rinse and repeat. I think the mood music from the company and from those on here who seem to have a much better insight into what's going on than me, has been pretty positive over the past little while, so I am quietly confident. But I must admit that, while the focus seems to be on India right now, there is the ROW to get into and I would just like to be hearing a bit more on action from there. We know where we are involved but could really do to get some orders starting to come in. The stuff on the Q&A and in the annual report was excellent but that needs to translate into something that will materially impact (positively) the bottom line. But well done you for topping up. Hopefully your timing will prove to be spot on. | derek ten bag
16/9/2024 12:07 | There has been discussion here previously about Crux facing redemptions and having to sell and Panmure taking their stock to offload but I was just wondering if they are wanting to exit completely and whether this really is behind the inertia in the share price I'm in exactly the same position as some others here in being fully loaded and wary of overcommitting. That said, dummy trades this morning suggested a large demand for stock (could sell at least 200k) and limited supply (up to around 30k available) so I took another modest top up. To be able to buy below the placing price was another factor in the top up decision. | gleach23
16/9/2024 11:11 | I see that other major shareholders have added to their holdings:- * Herald Investment Management Limited - 3,888,888 shares (£350K). * P Gough - 2,712,222 shares (£244K). No change for S Chari or Crux Asset Management Limited. BoD & majors now tot up to 49%. | inthetin
16/9/2024 10:16 | Was that a spellchecker mistake or did you mean our shares are flushed down the toilet?;0) | daddy warbucks
16/9/2024 10:06 | Ever so often Cyan Commode issues more shares to institutions watering down the price and making it impossible for PIs to make any progress. | estienne
16/9/2024 06:38 | Correction 4.9% from the latest announcement | hatfullofsky
16/9/2024 06:36 | Crux have 4% according to Stockopedia | hatfullofsky
15/9/2024 18:55 | I would have thought any remaining CRUX shares would have found a new home alongside the recent placing, unless they needed newly-issued shares, eg for tax reasons. | tightfist
15/9/2024 15:30 | Noteworthy late trade reported on Friday of 232,546 shares @ 8.6p timed at 15.59 which coincided with a tick up in the share price Let's hope it helps us start on the up in the morning. Does anyone have any insight into a possible remaining Crux overhang? | gleach23 |
