26/9/2024 06:32 | He is only precluded if he is party to news that would materially change the share price. Deals in progress which have not yet been signed would probably not count. Has to be a positive when the CEO who already owns a lot of shares buys another 300k, I think ntg had it right risk/reward here is very very good. I have(for me) a large investment and I am looking forward to it coming good. Best regards SBP | stupidboypike
26/9/2024 06:27 | Or this is the last chance for him to buy before news 🤔 | homebrewruss
26/9/2024 06:18 | I guess no news now for a while.... | bskiny1
25/9/2024 16:50 | Nice late trade reported of 315,689 shares @ 9.5p timed at exactly 3pm which coincides with the tick up on the Bid to 9.2p. | gleach23
25/9/2024 14:48 | Window of opportunity to buy under 10p closing rapidly. | from russia with love

25/9/2024 12:44 | The trade of 848,751 shares at 9p, reported at 12:30pm, isn't showing up in the totals so is presumably delayed from yesterday? | johnwall
25/9/2024 09:25 | Hi tightfist I doubt there’s any forced redemptions here but who knows, maybe. I can be very cynical about this stock but I have to say I now think it’s an extremely good risk/reward bet over the next 6 months or so. We’ve got some serious financing in place at a premium, just doubled out order book, have a monumental amount of potential for further orders and solid interest in acquiring a stake in us from a GoI backed conglomerate that gives us our orders! We’re now in profitability and should not need to place any further unless it’s to fund growth. The positives look like they’re aligned. All of the above and virtually no movement in the share price so far, that will hopefully come in due course. Personally I think the share price should be between 15p - 20p currently. I increased at the placing to avoid dilution and to retain my 1%, as did most large holders from what I hear (although not S Chari which is interesting) and my trading pot is full too though I would increase that on falls if I see no obvious reason. I’m hearing this is being very much “run” from India now and thus the management there and especially the Intellismart “partnering Let’s see what happens. Don’t forget all those years ago what Peter Mainz said about “when the orders start to come!” | nick the greek 1
25/9/2024 07:42 | Hi NTG, I agree, I don't think it's a voluntary Flipper either. .Q: Is the current Market Fear factor sufficient to drive funds into forced redemptions territory? .That could result in a painful overhangs situation, that could last some months? tightfist | tightfist
25/9/2024 06:36 | Yes, as we pondered on Monday in my post 8751 there is my suspected late booked sell at 8.875p of 1.75m shares which has presumably eaten up the large incoming buys around the placing price of 9p. So questions now are : - 1. Has the seller fully cleared? 2. Are/is the new large buyer/s prepared to pay more than placing price at 9p? 3. If they are then will "flippers" from the placing appear and come in for 10 - 20%? Personally I now don't think the large seller of late (1.75m shares) is a flipper as, at 8.875p their clearly making a loss plus 1.75m shares is a lot for a flipper to take on! No TR1 either as yet to show a large holder reducing. Good to see the volume up anyway. | nick the greek 1
24/9/2024 21:19 | Yes but it sounds like they have their head in the sand and it will be too late by the time they realise that everything is moving overseas. | amt
24/9/2024 20:40 | There are serious concerns about AIM as a functioning market | beeezzz
24/9/2024 20:35 | No I can't DTB, although I don't see that on my view today. Noteworthy very large trade reported after the bell of 1.75m shares @ 8.875p which looks like a sell. | gleach23
24/9/2024 16:02 | Around one percent changing hands today by my reckoning. But, gl23, can you explain these occasional pairs of trades where one is for, say, 50,000 and the other is for -50,000? What's going on there? | derek ten bag
24/9/2024 13:36 | Hi DTB...it gets tricky when dealing with trades reported late by 1 hour and sometimes 2. One can look for resultant moves in the share price but otherwise one is left not knowing what the spread was at the time of the trade. Unless one was trying dummy trades at the time, that's not always straightforward as one can sometimes buy below the mid-price and sell above the mid-price. Today there are 2 trades of 248,751 timed an hour and a half apart, both @ 9p which look to me as though they offset buy/sell. The 4 x 300k trades were reported 2 hours late and look like buys to me. I try not to waste too much time trying to work it out but it's very tempting to try when the trades are large. Big churn again today (2.3m shares traded so far) so, to keep a positive hat on, hopefully any seller has been further eroded. | gleach23
24/9/2024 13:12 | The way I see it is that someone wants to buy as many shares as they can get their mits on but are not prepared to pay more than 9p'ish. Good luck with that. | inthetin
24/9/2024 12:20 | Well if yesterday was hard to work out gl23, what do you make of today? Trying to work out what are buys and what are sells is akin to reading the entrails. I suspect ntg's analysis on Monday was pretty much on the button. But I think we can all agree that what we really need to move the dial is significant news, either of new, large orders or something corporate and positive. GLA. | derek ten bag
23/9/2024 14:10 | So far today there have been 5 reported trades of over 100k. I tried to work out whether I thought they were buys or sells and had the first 2 down as sells but then gave up and told myself just to be satisfied that it's going up on volume :) | gleach23
23/9/2024 13:40 | Looks to me like we still have a large seller getting filled today which is as yet unreported by all these chunky buys coming through. Could be a flipper from the placing still I guess which if so won't last for long I doubt. Intersting to see these larger buys coming through today, again I would guess as part of a large "single" order? I wonder what would happen now if we rns,d another huge order this week ie like the last one now we have a pot full of cash? I still can't believe the last one didn't move the share price substantially tbh though I can only guess people were concerned re cash so held off. Anyone that wants to build a decent stake from now onwards will have to do it through the open market and not by waiting for a placing though so that could change things dramatically if an appetite appears. It would be surely be unwise to be short here now, with circa 6m cash at bank and an ever growing order book and going into profit this fiscal year, mad even with a huge amount of orders potentially waiting to land! | nick the greek 1
23/9/2024 11:09 | Major contract news looming. | fxl5
23/9/2024 08:37 | More good positive news. Think this will easily break through 10p barrier this week. | pillow
19/9/2024 17:01 | Well done donkyman. At least, I hope so. Be nice to think this radio silence is a prelude to some totally stonking news. Fingers crossed. | derek ten bag |
