I'd be more concerned about what prompted the RNS

"WH Ireland replaced Peel Hunt and the broker is now advising Crawhsaw on the store closure programme alongside an equity fundraising that could see the company place new stock with investors at between 1p and 1.1p, said sources claiming to be familiar with the matter."

For the simple fact this was leaked should send them elsewhere to engage a trusted nomad. They should explore alternative funding and then try and put together a JV with another company to share the high street liabilities.

The obvious JV choice is the previous CEO Mr Boyd but he might not be interested now as it's taken a little too long for the penny to drop.

No most of that £12m loss was exceptions so, non cash items its writing off money spent years ago.

I think 3m would see them back to profit.

Yes 12m loss so if you were a supplier to the business you would want paying prior/pro for a invoice.

My guess they are on proforma with most suppliers, the year end accounts (from the previous CEO) would have killed the credit rating. I guess most suppliers not able to get credit insurance on them. The good thing being this will be a business with little debt and some cash....
with £40 million turnover the right man has got to be able to make money from it. This new ceo seems like the right man.

Thanks for that some folk have been hurt here due to this. We should have been suspended until this was all resolved.

I do hope Aim Regulation come down on those involved like a tonne of bricks.

Ahh Glavey, if like me you were a regular at the company AGM you could share such insight.

I also think they will appoint a nomad but it would have been better to have combined the announcements.
