That's a heck of a chart. Sorry Noel but you have been THE worst possible thing that could have happened to this one time promising business. Time to salvage some sliver of pride and hand in your resignation.

Hi qvg,

Good meeting you!

The CEO Jonathan came across very well and he has obvious experience in the industry, so a sensible hand on the wheel I’d say. What I wanted to know was why on earth do they have such a majestic office and trust me it’s as majestic as you can get here in Yorkshire…

The good news is they own Elmete Hall albeit with a small debt outstanding and its on the books probably well undervalued, so you must think it’s worth perhaps 2M+ so that is good to know for such a small cap.

Don’t get fixated with the Oil & Gas thing just think Big Data and applications elsewhere, which is what the CEO seems to be doing.

I will be at their AGM.

This is what you call a prime location and would have been ideal for us, especially being so close to Bramley…

Fultons Foods has announced it’s opening up a new store in Pudsey town centre.
The well-known ‘value’ Yorkshire brand has been trading for over 50 years and now operates from over 100 stores in the North of England.

All very funny but why does Owletta not want to mail me and tell me his or her involvement with the company ? It is clear I am a genuine shareholder. Why the need for anonymity ?

BrianGeeee.....I do like to be kept informed and appreciate all investors with geographical benefit and sector knowledge helping the rest of us with understanding what is happening within the business without harming or distracting those working there in the process.

I have visited six of the stores myself and I have a feeling that Owletta is known to many of the staff. Naturally I want the business to be successful and I am far from certain that Owletta wants the same outcome...

David, I've just scanned back through Owletta's posts, and he's clearly well informed. I can also sympathise with the frustration (in a general sense) of feeling you can see some bs merchants destroying a business, while keeping the owners onside with slick and convincing spin.
Overall, I appreciate well informed comment, even if accompanied by what looks like an agenda. If the business and management are strong, it will outperform the sector regardless.
Just my view of course, with some experience of being in a similar situation to the one you describe.

Owletta....You really do have it in for Crawshaws and some of your comments make me think you simply have to be an ex employee and reasonably high level at that ?

What is the problem for you ? My instincts are generally good so if you are not an ex senior employee then why not come clean and explain yourself ? If you are then you should know better and I think it is poor form as you will have signed non compete and non disclosure contracts

If you are going round the stores and unsettling staff and causing mischief just to report it here then as a shareholder I am concerned that you choose to do so and it will not only damage the company but also your own reputation in the industry.

Why do you feel the need to do this ?

Morrisons told us today that Amazon fresh contributed 0.4% of total sales, might sound insignificant but feel certain it will steadily build and Morrisons could do very well on the back of this partnership.

The Christmas trading update will be critical here but it’s all about getting the staff motivated, told them time after time about this but I don’t think much has been done not even a Christmas staff party which could be simply moved to January and give everyone something to look forward to whilst working their socks off.
