Should imagine a decent rise on sentiment today

The dilemma facing CWD is where and how do they open up ?London especially They have been cushioned as their major cost, staff wages bill is being paid for by the Gov't

Feeling that activity wiil be muted as the market rerates which might sabotage those currently in solicitors hands

Nobody is going to be rushing into this market until it stabilises

Because, the optics of chucking 100s billions of pounds around, and companies still going under, doesn't look great...

Why wouldnt the govt let them go under? Nothing sacred about cwd. Govt will not help them in any way. Plenty of estate agents about. They will take the govt loans everyone else gets and then go bust by next Jan.

One of the few stocks that has not recovered. All the agents are working....I get emails daily. Lots of savings...business rates and I guess rents. Loans galore. Also costs like this:

Zoopla has confirmed that it’s to extend its ‘three months free’ plan to five months of free portal usage for agents to help combat the collapse of business.

So any relax on the housing mkt and this flies up. Which is not to say this is low risk of course. It could raise new money at 25 pence for instance. The mkt cap is very low though for all these brands. 300p to 50p in a month.

Gambling money only. Double or nothing
