Another 100k in the kitty to hold the share price up.

Seasons Greetings JG and all posters on this thread. All the best for 2022.

Target 25p in 2022.

I reckon JG will be buying more back following our share price weakness in a poor market -which will be good for holders .

The treasury shares don't receive div but of course company saves the cash.

I didn't think they did but I wasn't sure ie maybe the divi cash is part of the treasury stock and could eg be used to buy more shares

Buying 263,000 shares at 15p was a really good deal.

temelco Treasury shares are owned by the company, so why would they pay a dividend to themselves?

Thick end of £1m tucked away. Just cos I don't know, I assume these treasury shares don't get divi? Or maybe they do?

An oversight I expect but how many oversights are there, bearing in mind the comments on this thread?

JG seems to have invested some of his dividend back in, Well done JG.

I received 0.5p per share today (Mon 13/12). I sent a secure message to HL on Fri 10/12 and received a reply today. Apparently the 0.5p per share which I received on Fri 03/12 was indeed the Fri 03/12 payment (not the Tues 30/11 payment on a t+3 basis). The 0.5p per share which I received today was an apparently badly delayed Tues 30/11 payment. I got the impression (but I may well be wrong) that my sending the secure message to HL on Fri 10/12 helped to accelerate my receipt of the money, which is not reassuring.

Thanks Mark. Just checked and mine has been received too now (HL). I was promised a call back on Friday about it but not so much as a secure message from them.

While we are on the subject, has anyone got anything bad to say about AJ Bell? I am thinking of starting a separate SIPP with another provider and they are top of my list so far. Are they any good?

Thanks

Nonsense. Payment is made by registrar. The company funds registrar who make payment to registered shareholder.

Think the confusion is that some brokers have only credited client accounts so far with 0.5p. I'm still waiting for second one with HL

Well, I certainly got two, somewhat to my surprise, one lot on 1/12 and the other on 6/12. Bizarrely the first lot had a payment date of 3/12 and the second 30/11.
