EC - your buy at 9.08 of 150k and another 150k at 11.08 are yet to show it seems, as the total volume is still under 300k and that includes sells and possibly others who have bought bedsides you.

charo, it maybe because others think (not to say they are correct) they may see better growth in other stocks, though the dividend would be hard to beat but that means passive investment for earning alone, if there is no or little growth in the share price

The £5.5m cash at the interim stage is about £0.8m ahead of my projections (assuming the debt level is not changed from the previous YE). That bodes well for trading during H1.

I have added another 150,000 shares this morning.

Profit will be accounted for in full years accounts .So not included in soon to be announced interims to 31st oct 2021.

Clearly it's 5.5 + 3.5

They're now ex-dividend to the tune of 400k and there was debt of 1.3m last b/s (they don't give a NET cash figure, so assume debt still there?)

So maybe net cash is effectively c. 5.5 + 3.5 less 1.7 gives 7.3m

temelco, when I re-read the RNS that is what I understood, however the profit on the sale was £900k - now is that £5.5 million plus £3.5 million = £9 million or £5.5 plus £900k = £6.4 million?

Freehold completed & £9mill cash ( or cash equivalent) @ 31/10/21,ie around 11p per share-leaving our 3 businesses valued at around £mill.It is what we do with the cash which will determine the future direction of our share price , although we should firm today

They might not know what else they could do with the cash, and do not want to see the share price dropping back and if a RTO is on the cards that 5.5m shares are useful tools.

The company could do with providing a date that they expect the property transaction to complete, as it is dragging on a bit. The dates they have given are pretty vague, which leaves one wondering if there is a problem. After all the paperwork has been signed off, so when will the cash arrive?
