It is a smoke screen imo..............par for the course..............imo you didn't expect a capital reorg.....imo you expected Santa to arrive with good news...........look at what has happened to small listed companies that get into the habit of doing capital reorgs............dream on man......

Cynical. They should mention Antimony if they have it.Why not? The capital reorg was expected .So you think the supporters should not be thanked? Your post smacks of childish bitterness at losing money by investig at the wrong time.

newprom.....you can believe all you like......that is exactly what they want from their shareholders...belief.....the capital reorg will hopefully make even you see this for what it is........the reference to antimony in the published results is imo hilarious........they continue helping themselves while thanking all concerned for their support......breathtaking stuff imo.

Craffert. That is actually fair enough. No argument with you doing that. But the bigger returns and obviously more risk is to invest now.The market cap is 2 million pounds now.The market cap will go to many times this on announcement of the investment you mention.

you go with your heart and give the prof your wallet. The rest of us will use our heads and keep our wallets closed until such times as someone with very deep pockets opens his.

Sometimes not worth the effort replying to such obviously biased posts.Say what you want,it makes no difference. At the end of the day you are entitled to your opinion just as i am entitled to mine.My opinion is what I believe from the heart.Time will decide the argument.Maybe not too long to wait now.

They have a resource. The problem is that no outsider has any idea how realistic it is, because the company never provides supporting information. With AIM miners it usually pays to be sceptical. The price action in the market is telling, anyone who's willing to listen, that the resource is sub-economic. So investing here, you're looking for a transformational piece of news. Rise in gold price, further discovery or a joint venture. Personally I believe the latter would be a good move, but I'm not sure the Prof is willing to lose control over the project or the newsflow / data that comes from it.

Best way is to research companies with plenty of cash in the bank that way it's very unlikely you will wake up to the dreaded and very feared suspended pending clarification of its financial position rns .This has little cash and trades 60% below nominal share value so can't place at current levels. However it has an extremely wealthy chairman prof Conroy I would say here how loyal is prof to his shareholders ? I would say he wouldn't shaft them as some aim companies do but this is aim and you just don't know on aim it's a casino.

Craffert. You have an appalling record of picking stocks and losing money.Do you think it is best to buy at the top or buy at the bottom?.....It is at a low price and every chance this is at the bottom.....but then I forgot...you have always bought at the top!!!!!

you say a lot newprom, but thankfully not as much as a company fast running out of cash, stuck with a share languishing at a 60% discount to the last placement price

0.2p would be a market cap of only 800,000 pounds. This is a great investment at a market cap of 2 million.Crunch time coming so I wouldnt be waiting to invest too long as you will have missed the boat.

Mineng: Perhaps a combined entity would have had a board with a truly independent remuneration committee who would consider fees and salaries in the context of available funds / market cap / future funding needs.

It would have been too dilutive for all shareholders, and off course the prof himself. But I can see why he didn't go in that direction in fairness to him. Prof will tie up with a major, that is the way this will go. Prof will then take a back seat. Hopefully soon!
