21/5/2025 14:29 | Sod all available online, they sure as heck do not want buyers.
No doubt trying to protect a short position.
Recent CLN issue - conversion at 10p a share has ruined the shorts game.
Going back to 6p soon. | silverspoon2009
21/5/2025 12:49 | bs continues | kaos3
21/5/2025 12:29 | Great spread - NOT 3 - 4p (33%) silly, as someone said, great way to determine potential buyers while protecting the back end :-( | goggin
21/5/2025 08:36 | Looks like market makers are trying to deter buyers, probably trying to protect their shorting chums.
The bashers have gone quiet on LSE, wonder what firm they work for.
This could recover in price quickly now that they have raised cash at a 10p conversion rate. | one2go
17/5/2025 08:22 | Good to see them go down the CLN route for funding with a conversion price of 10p, the city 'entities' who are party to reducing value to peanuts need to suffer by losing commission and fees on placings.
It is a well known fact that market makers, working in cahoots with brokers, can short these stocks up to 10% of the issued capital without declaring, AIM is so lax that they could go far further and get away with it.
I suspect the company has confidence to closing some form of deal shortly, they may even secure EU Strategic Project Status, if that happened it would set the cat amongst the pigeons.
I think the share price will continue to recover. | mininglamp
16/5/2025 19:07 | so few shares in such such la tiny market cap 1.5million

16/5/2025 16:22 | This firm will do nothing ever. They will never mine and sell one bit of gold.... Ever..... it will just be maintained to keep the lights on and pay the board a nice salary. Lifestyle company at its finest | gopher1981
16/5/2025 08:34 | reckon we'll get a second bounce here | purple11

15/5/2025 20:06 | Why has someone found something Demir missed. They've found nothing of material interest in 25 years no reason to think anything will change at the drop of a hat here . | rbonnier

15/5/2025 16:49 | If the shareprice is under 10P after 3 years they refinance it this is known as The dreaded Death Spiral or the end of the company | rbonnier
15/5/2025 13:44 | If the share price is below 10p at maturity: Conversion is unlikely. The company owes the face value back in cash (plus interest if applicable). Financial strain or dilution risk increases if the company lacks funds to repay.
Simply refinance it, again and again and again as they have done for the last 30 years.
On the plus side they found two boulders | trader465
15/5/2025 13:21 | they dont get paid
neither do we gl | purple11
15/5/2025 13:16 | My prediction of an imminent placing on the 16th Aril has proved spot on, it was obvious from the weak news release they were gearing up to raise, these things are easy to spot.
So a three year convertible note at a 10p conversion.
What happens after three years if the share price is under 10p, possibly by some margin? | highley1
15/5/2025 10:09 | Well, it was a change from the constant dilution of shareholders like me via a placing. Conversion at 10p for the next 3 years. If it hits 20p and they get automatically converted, I wouldn't complain. It is a change to see the Board of directors actually mention that dilution to existing shareholders would not be beneficial. shame they didn't make that decision 10 years ago before my 85% dilution! I know, no one to blame but myself. Perhaps they will adopt a similar attitude to their sister company KDR whose share price has been obliterated too. Fingers crossed. | spig69
09/5/2025 15:50 | “Two float boulders”
They are regularly found in Irish pub toilets as long as the pub doesn’t sell Guinness | trader465
09/5/2025 13:51 | Thye're a bit late for the antimony bandwagon, that train left the staion quite a while ago.
Things have calmed down since all the excitement during the antimony pump, so that won't move the share price here at all. | determined
09/5/2025 07:38 | So they’ve allegedly found 2 boulders in Ireland 🤷🏼8205;♂️ | trader465
06/5/2025 16:41 | The fact you're on here all the time with no trading position says a lot about you. Definitely not fun and interesting. In need of a shrink I'd say. | enter
