You are deramping based on your bitter experience of investing at the wrong time. Why would they be interested in spending resources taking a company private if the company has such terrible prospects as you suggest? In your cynical world it may make sense but to most fair minded people it makes no sense at all!!

get over yourself regarding the deramping......nobody posting on here is "deramping"........only a total, utter and complete fool would see the posts from the "non-true believers" as "deramping".....and as You obviously belong to the true believer category, I am wondering why you are not stocking up heavily on this if you think they are such a good bet................???? There seems to be some stock available and the present price is only a fraction of the nominal share price........that must presumably be the reason you think it is a good bet at this price.......in case you weren't aware of the fact, shares that have historically dropped and remained at levels below their nominal share price can also drop further..........based on the NPV associated with the present gold price that their own consultants have published, you might be shocked to realise that serious investors wouldn't touch this with a bargepole given that there are other juniors out there who are MUCH closer to production, have higher grade resources not just conceptual b@&€s"S64;& figures and/or haven't a history of decimating the share price...... ...

oh dear.......I said "they will be laughing"..........they as in the board............if and it is only a theory.....they were to take the company private ( which would actually be a legitimate thing to do if you were in their shoes ), then they would be laughing ( no need to worry about pesky shareholders, significantly lower costs in terms of reporting requirements, nomads and so on ) as a private company and because an external SPV could be used to effect the takeout with a lowball offer....and then the average shareholder would be .....well..........even you can probably work that one out for yourself.........all of the above is obviously only hypothetical but you really should resd posts before you pass your somewhat limited comments..........

Your incessant deramping has a purpose.I suggest you tried too hard on this occassion but you were not clever enough. What you really believe is plain to see in that post.

newprom....what a presumptious individual thinks of me doesn't really interest me.....given that you didn't actually read my post, I'll assume that you cannot. Are you the one selling off your holding this morning?

Cynical.Yes I can read ,you say that they will be laughing if they get their hands on more shares.Does not sound like you think they are wasting their time on a useless investment? This is what you really believe. So why not be honest and tell people what you think? Or is honesty a step too far?

Cynical.I am not expecting an answer to the last question above as many times in the past you have been put on the spot and your arguments have been shown up and your response is to ignore it and come back a few days later. If you do that you cannot be expected to be taken seriously. Can you?

Cynical.Post 6931.You contradict yourself and your usual argument that clontibret and cgnr is not worth investing in.Here you say it is worth investing in.You cannot have it both ways.Which way is it and why the contradiction?

odvpd....given the number. shares that they board control and add in the guy ( presumably from Limerick who buys every time there is a placement/fundraising ) and they don't need to get their hands on a lot more shares to put themselves in a position to do just that..........and then they are laughing........

Agreed Newprom. I added last week and I may add again this week. At current SP, I will continue to top up. News this week, hopefully more than just Finals, either way I suspect/hope probably something of greater significance by or on the day of AGM. Regards

Based on a market cap of 2 million pounds this is a screaming buy when compared to the massive gain that is possible on a joint venture.Crunch time is coming,in my opinion.

Cynical .There is not much wrong with having a conceptual figure. What else would you expect them to come up with at this moment? They need to pin their hat to some figure, dont they? The present gold price is profitable, even based on the 20% of clontibret.I personally am expecting a considerable increase in the gold price because of world economic circumstances .The major economies of the world are running huge deficits and continue to print money.Do you think this can continue indefinitely? And what is the alternative?

with the present gold price, the IRR must be interesting compared to the number they normally refer to as well.......again jmo.

when are you going to wake up? JORC compliant resources can be indicated or inferred..........check the numbers in these categories........makes for very interesting reading especially in the light of the "comceptual figure" they somewhat comically refer to........hilarious imo.
