05/10/2015 12:33 | I cannot see what gives you any cause for optimism whatsoever. | 4marlin
05/10/2015 11:46 | Distressed seller at .4pI suspect word on funding soon based on my own deductions and all in my own opinion. I'm excited to see what comes our way. | goldeneye5
03/10/2015 18:31 | under delivers and. Typo. | craffert
03/10/2015 12:26 | When you blindly follow someone who repeatedly over promises and over delivers then the end result is a share price collapse, then the loss you suffer is entirely of your own making. Whether you like it or not, I will continue to post historical fact here so that prospective / new / younger investors have a chance to understand the true track record of the Prof here at CGNR over twenty years. Unfortunately for the existing shareholders, it looks like I will not have to sound warnings for much longer, unless there is a miracle fundraising. | craffert
03/10/2015 09:10 | Craffert. You have been found out and shown for what you are many times in the past.Would we rather listen to you with your abysmal record on share tipping or listen to the professor with his past record of proving people wrong and then creating value? The professor will prove the doubters and bitter snipers wrong...again!! | newprom
02/10/2015 23:46 | It's a free country. Our predecessors fought to ensure that. So I can comment. I do have personal first hand knowledge. I have spoken to Conroy, Jones one on one. I have family who own a farm on the licence area. I was born and bred in the license area, and know it very well. Therefore know a bit more than many punting here, and am free to post comments. I would like to see a real project get off the ground around Clontibret/Clay lake - like Dalriadan in Omagh. Whether you take up my experience/knowledge is entirely up to you. But no harm in letting other people know my experience. You want to paint out my history here with CGNR because you can't afford to lose. But regrettably you already have lost. Now 0.50p to get shot of just 2k of these shares. What price do you think the next placing round be at(assuming that it is even feasible! | craffert
02/10/2015 16:05 | If you never claimed to be stock picker, and you clearly aren't, then it stands to reason that you are not in a position to be giving out advice to others on what is or isn't a good share. Stick to your own game and others can stick to theirs all very well without your advice. Emotionally attached, yeah, tastes a little rich from people who have claimed to have sold out many years ago yet find themselves unable to let go. | emmo1210
29/9/2015 17:15 | focus.....you want focus from emmo......that is asking a lot........you know how emotionally attached he was to these.............th | thecynical1
28/9/2015 21:51 | Yawn. I never claimed to be a stock picker....but predictably Emmo goes right off piste again....why is it so difficult for you to focus on CGNR? That's the €264,195 question. | craffert
28/9/2015 21:15 | "You were all warned." - from someone with an abysmal recent record of stock picking. But to be fair he was just buying what the magazine told him to. | emmo1210
28/9/2015 15:51 | several yrs ago the prof told me that general discussions do not have to be reported, detailled ones do. I simply do not see financing happening but will, of course, acknowledge my mistake if I am proved wrong. Very very little has happened at this company for years, what has been achieved has been at a slower-than-glacial pace.... .....and all the while the prof is in the trough. Ditto management. I do not work that way and find it reprehensible and morally bankrupt when others do. | 4marlin
28/9/2015 15:30 | 4marlin, I don't believe they would have to say anything....if finance falls into place, I believe it will be very quick and out of the blue.....just my opinion. 4marlin, would you be happy then? | goldeneye5
28/9/2015 15:18 | what time has to pass for some to realise that the earth is not flat? | kaos3
28/9/2015 15:02 | What possible reason do you have for saying that, G5? If they are in detailed discussions wrt financing I believe they would have to say so. | 4marlin
28/9/2015 14:50 | Don't be so sure on the financing! | goldeneye5
26/9/2015 22:56 | better to waste time than your money. At 0.60p the share price reflects the shattered hopes. and dreams. No financing = no hope = no mine = dilution at best and no future at worst. You were all warned. | craffert
23/9/2015 11:44 | Isn't it great to be able to cherry pick a small percentage of years when he so loves to tout 20 years so often. I'm not even bothered to check that the actual figures are 'real' this time and not conjured as before, I think I've wasted enough time on that nonsense. | emmo1210
18/9/2015 21:49 | OK just for you Emmo, I'll repost. Facts. From 2010 to 2014 he put in €1.8mn and took out €4.175mn. So he net took out €2.35mn. Goodness me - that's almost the same as the market cap today. Year Prof Conroy Remuneration Loans repaid Total Cash Out Share Subscriptions Loans into Total Cash In € € € € € € 2010 102,421 508,897 611,318 - 190,000 190,000 2011 262,512 371,826 634,338 - - - 2012 262,512 27,121 289,633 - - - 2013 260,814 - 260,814 149,999 491,000 640,999 2014 264,195 129,050 393,245 - 205,000 205,000 Total 2,497,069 1,678,273 4,175,342 149,999 1,671,000 1,820,999 Happy for you to expand for the whole life of the project - where clearly you have some sort of access to the company PAYE data. Lucky you. | craffert
18/9/2015 11:50 | "Well the first bit is completely untrue based on recent available data from annual reports which show that the ledger is balanced in favour of the Prof taking more out than putting in" - Oh dear, back to Crafferts fictitious ledger where he made up a bunch of random figures after making the foolish point that Conroy had taken out more than he put in, and getting called out on it. Such a shame he never even finished that, I think we're still waiting. So Craffert, in case you didn't understand the last time I'll try and break it down a bit more for you - When we talk about how much Conroy has put in against how much he has taken out, we actually mean over the whole life of the project, not just your chosen 'recent' time-frame, hopefully you can understand this and be minded not to make outlandish statements when you aren't able to substantiate them (made up figures aren't allowed I'm afraid) | emmo1210
17/9/2015 07:38 | craffert.....don&acu | thecynical1
16/9/2015 22:27 | problem goldeneye is that emmo's point misses the facts. "He has made no money in wages from CGNR and put in more than the current market cap" Well the first bit is completely untrue based on recent available data from annual reports which show that the ledger is balanced in favour of the Prof taking more out than putting in, and of course, the latter is a reflection of how shareholder value has been destroyed by the same management team as the market cap approaches a new all time low. I guess if the share price falls to a quarter of a penny someone will tell you that Prof Conroy has now put in double the market cap. like that is some sort of grand achievement. Bonkers central. | craffert
16/9/2015 07:25 | the cynical - do you not recognize mercy and compassion? You are right all the time. Needing hand was offered. Nice. | kaos3
15/9/2015 16:16 | odvod......have you been on the hard stuff again? recognised some value? in the gift horse? : ) | thecynical1
15/9/2015 13:08 | BOOOOOOOM. Market has recognized some value. | odvod
15/9/2015 08:54 | jono5..........never look a gift horse in the mouth!!!! ; ) | thecynical1 |
