wescoal's shareprice does not reflect that of a company that is likely to double their annual production target shortly , the pricing and payment structure of which the shareholders had seemed to be happy with ......extrapolate : CZA is just letting the ink dry

They haven't announced any dates to the public, if so show me the RNS where it says so.

Boz, it was you that stated last week that you had been informed they were working towards the 20th Feb. I requested at the time that you disclose your source - or stop posting such spurious claims, as it does nothing but undermine sentiment when the claimed dates pass with silence....

We are now getting into critical territory, as the debt to RIO becomes due for payment in weeks.

I have been 'invested' here for a very long time, and watched a substantial sum get turned into pocket change by the apathy and lack of any material achievement by our extremely well paid Board - so I think I am entitled to a moan.

Rant over

if the board does not pull a rabbit out of the hat now , they know very well that there will be no Easter Bunny . time has become a dominant factor in the path going forward for CZA's sustainability

2bozmo, I'm not moaning, and not about CZA singularly specific, I mention AIM companies in general, and have not said CZA have stated the 20th, and it is Posters who say that they have contact with the company that have mentioned the 20th in this instance, and that we will be acquiring a CGA shortly.

I have every faith in DB "pulling the preverbal rabbit out of the hat", whether it be 'quote' tomorrow, next week, next month, and that is a reason I have held and been adding more shares recently. Have been with CZA for over 9 years and with over half a million shares now, I am looking forward for a positive outcome here - nothing wrong with that. Only Half a million shares you might say, but some of those are bought at over £1-50p, so I have spent a considerable amount of money here.

I think you have taken my previous post in the wrong context, or maybe it's just the way I have written it !!!

They haven't announced any dates to the public, if so show me the RNS where it says so. 20th, 21st, 22nd? Even if they don't acquire Keaton they'll be a fall back plan. All some people do is moan about management, hopefully those willdo us all a massive favour, sell up and quit their whining. All very dull. That's all.

Well Ianio, as with other AIM companies that indicate a date / time frame that something all the shareholders are waiting for / will happen, then no surprises today. Looking back through previous posts then the 20th has been mentioned, BUT, not what MONTH, or given that, not even what YEAR !!!

Could be tomorrow, this week, next week, next month, but David Brown knows he has to "pull the preverbal rabbit out of the hat" otherwise he is going to have a lot of 'egg on his face' and a reputation that is not going to mean anything in the future.

So.... yet another 'target' date arrives, and will no doubt go, with the usual resounding silence.

Another easy months salary for the board....

When you've been here years the odd day or two doesn't make a difference! If it is the 20th then half an hour to get involved!!! But it appears with news flow this week that things are happening.

things are looking like they are stacking up in 2bozmo's camp ,either he is informed from the horses mouth or an equal chance if the CGA materializes by the 20th that he is the horse (stranger things are unlikely to have happened or ever will ) , and a couple of skeptics might have to eat their hats ! but looking beyond Twain , a raise , a loan conversion , Keatons silence on an increasing acceptance (77% still seems to be the goalpost with a 190 monetary to beat) , no further bids disclosed.... maybe we just need a little clarity on our funding and the SEND button for the bid will be depressed ....

Good to see the $10 million loan converted.

So we're expecting CGA news on the 20th?

I doubt M&G would be prepared to invest another $2m unless assurance made over CGA and outlook. Before CoAL can acquire Keaton (or whoever), for regulatory requirements they need working capital in place.

surely the major share holders are not being fed the same wishy-washy we are in the process of evaluating a number of opportunities to acquire a cash generating asset , discussions are ongoing over the possible sale of Mooiplaats and we continue to make progress and will update you guys sometime in the future , but we just need some more working capital for some more shares of course , which will to be ongoing indefinitely prior to updating you about nothing really

Sorry Boz, Where are you getting this info...? Can you please quantify?

Whilst I would very much like to trust in you, and your alleged contact with the company, when these things fail to materialise on the dates you claim, it does nothing but undermine sentiment. You have previously alluded to so many dates- End of Nov, End of year, January, now 20th Feb....

I have given up on them ever delivering anything, and by claiming these deadlines, it leads to gut wrenching disappointment when they come and go with silence from the company...

I sincerely hope you are right.

we have been diluted , they have their 2m ( it would have been interesting to be privy to what they detailed to MG for them to part with more cash ) and still no concrete communication of whats being done to get out of this abyss . a spike in the volume on one day on the JSE and then .... its definitely not in the category of the South African State Of The Nation

77% of shareholders support wescoals bid , Keaton makes it clear that they are open to an improved offer from other parties , wescoals conditions are well detailed, can anyone highlight the time limits or deadline dates of this bid ?
