2bozmo , please clarify if we don't receive an extension RNS/SENS during the course of today is it safe to assume that either a successful completion of the UC project has been achieved or lets not even mention the alternative

JSE seems to be pricing in a further extension , fully committed but does not alleviate the frustration

thanks , then lets hope we don't get a SENS / RNS by next friday and personally can't agree more with you on the latter part of your response , one more thing is why do we need to source "potential working capital funding opportunities from a number of third parties for re admission of the Company's shares on the AIM " as per SENS/RNS 17/06/2016 , surely this cant be requiring a significant amount ?

Not that I'm aware of. Spoke to DB last week, "making progress and looking positive.....working towards the advertised closing date"Move in AUD/ZAR should also help with an unrealised FX gain in next set of quarterly accounts. Good South African numbers this week. A lot of miners in London have outperformed this week, we have an underlying asset denominated in USD. Given deadline of 15-July if another delayed then we'll hear by next Friday. I still think we're in a great position and this will fly when UC deal comes to fruition, which I'm confident it will.

unusual for the share price to be under pressure , with the the UC deal almost done , and funding being sourced for the Enlarged Group's readmission to trade on the AIM surely we should be at 52 week highs and not retracing ?

Asked q about funding "this could be in the form of a debt instrument and or equity"They have meetings this week. If we have cash flow then I'm sure would prefer debt?
