15/6/2016 06:16 | heading into the final stretch whereby CoAL is catapulted into the junior coal PRODUCERS sector and a share price adjustment to follow , on the flip side to test the last 36 month average if the UC project is not coalarized this time . now we all know where the clever money is going to be on this one !!! | boodgewoodge
09/6/2016 15:26 | Bumpy ride. 20% down from peak earlier this week. | casual47

07/6/2016 18:52 | Tom, the license was granted previously despite the drought. Unfortunately under South African law if anyone appeals against it then the license is suspended until the appeal is heard. The company knew this was coming as this environmental group complain against everything despite CoAL doing a huge amount for the local community etc etc. The company is confident that the suspension of the water license will be overturned. I asked how long this would take when the suspension came in, and they expected 6-months. Obviously this is South Africa, it may take longer and they have to deal with the regulations which they are governed by. Recent water licenses have been awarded despite the drought so I'm not overly concerned. | 2bozmo
07/6/2016 18:20 | SP would be very much higher imo with the licence I think u maybe taking it for granted which would imo be a mistake the drought situation seems to be bad out there | tom111
07/6/2016 14:51 | its in the pipeline !!! | boodgewoodge
07/6/2016 12:12 | can someone enlighten me about the situation with the water license which has been suspended subject to an appeal.I know there is or has been a drought over there which is causing serious problems. | tom111
07/6/2016 11:30 | once CoAL is generating an income , the movement of it's share price is going to make the movement of NASPERS phenomenal rise to a trillion rand valued company on the JSE pale in comparison ( the rapid rise of the share price ,not the actual worth of the company ) | boodgewoodge
07/6/2016 11:29 | The past chart hasn't given much cause to happiness for those who don't trade... But....seeing as last year's placings happened at 5.5 pence I would say that is a pretty good "bottom support" going forward, assuming all goes smoothly and there are no external factors. | casual47
07/6/2016 11:25 | I was pulling your leg. You do seem a tag negative. | keya5000
07/6/2016 11:18 | I'm a holder. Anything particularly derampy about any of my posts? Feel free to counter. | casual47
07/6/2016 11:15 | are you a casual deramper casual? | keya5000
07/6/2016 11:09 | Most of the major dilution already happened of course. Since 2014 the shares in issue have doubled. So when looking at old charts it's good to keep that in mind. | casual47
07/6/2016 10:42 | They've issued shares to finance UC deal but no further dilution coming. We have 114m for Makhado etc etc and with takeover complete we have production of 3.8mt. Thereby cash generating asset while we get Makhado up to production and 5.9mt capacity. | 2bozmo
07/6/2016 09:37 | Dilution will limit longer term upside (spike may occur because rampers) I expect any sustained rise will only be on the back of results. Results will take some time to transpire. | casual47
07/6/2016 08:57 | CoAL only needs an income producing asset until the Makhado project is self sustaining and that's were the true value of UC lies | boodgewoodge
07/6/2016 08:42 | UNV is capped on the asx at about 50m sterling CZA now capped at 106m ish so based on the existing amount of shares in issue the implied uplift to cza is about 2p a share? surely that has already occurred since 2p? also cza shareholders are not getting UNV for free, you are being diluted to pay for it on the lse forum poster are talking about 10p+ but why should a company valued 50m sterling suddenly have an implied value of 300m+ just because cza own it? | lw425
07/6/2016 07:42 | It goes up with nearly every single buy, break out is imminent... | nina65
07/6/2016 07:36 | Looking good. Break out nearly in full play. Close above here and it's game on. | keya5000
07/6/2016 07:09 | Just took a load more. No brainer of a bagger at least from here | effiert
07/6/2016 07:08 | Opened it down ... straight back to level! Onwards and upwards now as deal could land anytime now upto the 24th .. imvho :-)) | sophisticatedtrader
07/6/2016 07:05 | Crazy as it is, cdi holders in UNV can buy UNV at 19. 5 cents and sell them in to the takeover for 20 cents and receive a fee CZA share for every UNV cdi they have, thats almost a 50 per cent arb for a couple of weeks., is been available every day this week on the Australian market. | benny67
07/6/2016 06:36 | all on track for the 24th then. 10 working days to go. | mr roper
06/6/2016 08:57 | once the UC deal is concluded in our favor there should be no reason for the share price to retrace | boodgewoodge
06/6/2016 08:45 | starting to look very interesting now... | mr roper |
