23/11/2016 09:04 | keaton's having their day , and the flip side is , have they become unapproachable with this hugely positive trading update ? | boodgewoodge
23/11/2016 06:13 | 2bozmo a couple of weeks have passed and still no word on that necessary income generator acquisition , with your communications with the company is there any positivity forthcoming | boodgewoodge
18/11/2016 06:20 | wescoal's agm on the 23rd , ours on the 24th , a symbiotic relationship in the making , a possible merger ? | boodgewoodge
15/11/2016 10:55 | Where did they forecast they would have the extra 20 million, that just rubbish you are talking, maybe less because of the delay, also less because of the failed takeover, but 20 million , no way | benny67
15/11/2016 10:23 | They have 20m less cash than previously forecast. A good decision by board. I think we're looking elsewhere, a few names have been touted and hopefully find out in the next couple of weeks | 2bozmo
15/11/2016 09:19 | I'm a UC shareholder (unfortunately), and I agree it looks ripe for takeover now. | woodpecker25
15/11/2016 07:52 | UC's share price still stuck (to put it as we are ) at .14 where it has settled since the lapse of CZA's offer even in the face of a battery of only positive news for them subsequently , bodes well for a takeover by CZA now ? | boodgewoodge
14/11/2016 14:23 | what would be the options available to us for the funding of an income generating asset given our current financial standing ? | boodgewoodge
11/11/2016 08:48 | we have a couple of months in which either to be a producer or gone , i don't believe we will be gone ... | boodgewoodge
11/11/2016 08:07 | I am not trying to deramp, I have almost a million shares. I am just tired of not receiving any good news. | sandman99
11/11/2016 08:00 | Unv not generating cash!! Look at cash flow, they consumed cash last quarter and the difference is about 29m Aussie dollars between actual and original expectation! We don't want them | 2bozmo
11/11/2016 07:51 | Meanwhile UNV seems to have slipped away from them, most likely they might have found a way to go ahead with the takeover given the new deal just done with Eskom, I just cant see any way that the company can go back to the UNV board and try again, time is running out to find that income producing asset. | benny67
11/11/2016 07:48 | Everything sandman posts is negative, assume you looking to buy as opposed to being short?! 69 trading on JSE equiv to 3.88 | 2bozmo
11/11/2016 07:26 | I can see further dilution of shares is on the cards | sandman99
10/11/2016 16:00 | Are they able to get funding to bring their own assets into production? Are they able to buy producing assets? Are they able to find buyers for their own assets? Lots of talk, not much happening..... | casual47
10/11/2016 15:53 | What value do we put on fully funded makhado? $500m | 2bozmo
09/11/2016 14:23 | this recent spike in the coal prices have just made any of our potential acquisition's much more expensive and our offer will have to be at a premium to satisfy their shareholders and our financiers | boodgewoodge
08/11/2016 19:43 | Met Coal Tops $300 First Time Since 2011 Australian Floods | phil0001
04/11/2016 11:47 | Oh hello! Over 1m traded on JSE today already. | 2bozmo
04/11/2016 10:00 | so the 23rd holds the key ? | boodgewoodge
04/11/2016 09:33 | Keaton making a loss, UC been ruled out. Something might come out of left field | 2bozmo
04/11/2016 08:46 | Wescoal , Keaton might as well throw Optimum in the mix as well ! we are going to own UNIVERSAL before Christmas 2016 and that's that! UC's share price has remained flat (.14 to .16 ) even with Kangala's record production and NCC coming on line and SALE of its product . both company's are amenable to the take over , all the regulatory condition were previously satisfied ( are they still valid if a new offer is tabled but just that now the reason for the lapse of the offer which was : NCC not producing and did not have an off take contract with eskom ) both conditions which now have been fulfilled even if its off take is not with eskom | boodgewoodge
03/11/2016 13:28 | Someone mentioned Wescoal. But definitely a sense of urgency and we're working to an end of November deadline. I hope to be at AGM later this month http://www.miningwee | 2bozmo |
