Boodge, at least with Keaton being a JSE listed company (unlike Universal) funding will have to be in place before launching bid. From conversation, DB was very excited about January, hopefully all the ducks are lined up.

610 ZAR on successful acquisition of income generator at a favourable price , and Keaton seems keen on a sale , ongoing talks for a company that has it's cogs starting to mesh synchronously could only mean that they prefer a sale / merger , with the proper reserves , to catapult out of the mid tier producer division . Now who's got those reserves but needs the cash ?

further announcement is made in this regard.

We should get another Quarterly Report announcement at the end of this month so if we don't hear anything in the next couple of weeks then let's hope we at least get some indication in which 'direction' this boat is sailing.

Have been here since late 2007, so by the end of this year that will be 10 years.

At least this CZA boat is still floating, not like the CMR boat that sunk taking my £250,000 with it, albeit the Directors of CMR are still looking to scratch out as many 'pennies' they can find from that wreck which has been lying at the bottom of the ocean for the past 8 years without any hope the 2400 shareholders will ever see any of their investment again.

Ambiguity at this point in CZA's lifespan is going to land us in the critical care unit ! unlikely to be the preferred bidder or is Keaton just a bit delayed ? any idea of how many bidders there are ?

is there any hint of wrapping up that cga before 2017 begins , even the Keaton shareholders should be getting a bit perturbed given that it is a month since their SENS detailing the interest from various parties , the time span swings the pendulum in the favor of CZA acquiring them though , due to us being slightly cash strapped for any sort of an acquisition at the moment , a situation that is going to never be revisited once we get that first income generator . back to the question on hand , is there any insight on the progress of the acquisition ?

Staggering RNS....Well that's ok as long as they've sorted out their performance rights. Forget about running a profitable business for the time being but sort out your performance bonus just in case you get something right before the money runs out. In the meantime jolly well pick up your salary with a glint in your eye. Disgraceful.

keaton's share price 18% northwards on , i have no idea of their daily average volume especially milestone related , suggests they might have chosen the suitor , cza lagging with no volume does not bode well for any upcoming SNS/RNS
