Yeah we're in a closed period so can't buy. There was an open period recently but not open to directors and Exco as they have knowledge of deals going on

are there any regulations limiting the directors from picking up some shares at these rather cheap levels if all is almost in place ?

I've been told from very reliable source:Vele water licence is done, just waiting for official to sign it offCGA - funding in place, waiting to hear if preferred bidder

It's always worrying when the only information we can rely on is the 'glint' in a ceo's eye at an AGM.

You usually find the market knows best in these situations - and the complete lack of buying is worrying. Someone always knows what is going on, and will tip the nod to friends, family etc - hence the pre news volume.

No buying suggests no news to me....

the sustainability hinges fully on the acquisition of the CGA and with every passing day with no word either from CZA or those that have brought a glint to DB's eyes we are in a precarious position

I remember when I bought these and had an exit price of £3.42.

More like 3.42p now !

What if nothing happens? How long can they continue to not progress?

thanks , my question came across rather curt ,sorry , was not the intention , the general market rally just threw me out , bloody frustrating sitting on the sideline in limbo for this period of time

I expect Vele stream approval by end of next week latest. DB was away post AGM finalising CGA so anytime now hopefully. We live in hope....

Think JSE is where real value is. London is more spec in nature.Stay strong.....

Another false dawn.

I think JSE is just very illiquid, hence the sometimes sharp movements up/down.

I think "most miners" can be safely replaced with "few miners" and "the rest are still more than 90% down from previous highs"

Most miners are in a strong upward channel at the moment Boodge.

We seem to be the only one stagnating. We are really lagging the market.

News needed desperately.

Sad that we are reduced to getting excited about a 'twinkle' in DB's eyes.

Get some decent news out FFS!

keaton is in a strong upward channel at the moment and as soon as they dispose of their anthracite division hopefully soon as per mining weekly , development of their second mine (moab...everything is in order except funding) they are going to be able to buy us out... we need to acquire that CGA now especially if it is keaton . any ideas of our other options to pick up a CGA ?

Thank you for the update Boz. Let's hope things come together sooner rather than later.
I can sit back and enjoy my Abba collection with a wry smile... 😁
