Trader .. seriously .. is that your best shot ? You are behaving like a spoiled 12 year old . Any idea why FRES is down today while CEY is picking up some buys and a bit of steam maybe ? Have you fixed that calculator and agree that 60K Oz of gold is actually over £100m sales value ? Have you understood the RNS yet that all that extra CAPEX is not just going down the sink hole ? Stupid is as stupid does . Your posts are worthless and I understand your frustration with FRES / GRL / AYM ( apparently lost your shirt on SRB per Boris ) but there is no need to have your tantrum's over here is there ?

CEY can't afford shoes, best holders buy their own safety shoes in preparation for 2021 financials

Kenny why don't you attempt to pass your HGV test? I realise it would be a huge challenge for you, but Tesco truck drivers are now earning considerably more than trolley collectors. Just a thought to help you recover some of your losses here.

Why should CEY go up?

Have you not seen the falling production, rising AISC and unrest in Egypt?

Agree Aman- crypto is it's own beast- I hold this and trade ONLY from time to time as it's spread isn't good and impossible to read- it's the smallest part of my portfolio- I prefer to trade PMs as my next highest risk.

This dog doesn't want to go up even with those inflation numbers. Ploughing into Poly looks like the right move this morning.

“a decent gold mine is a great thing to own”

Yes I agree, but CEY do not have a decent gold mine. The only mine they own has substance, political unrest, rising costs and no production growth forecast for the next few years at least.

Crypto doesn't compete with gold, that's a myth perpetuated by sponsored content and has proven incorrect on several occasions of dollar strength surge.Crypto is a risk on derivative capitalised by cheap debt.

You're thinking about trading. I'm thinking of where do I put money for 10 years to preserve its value at least. Over 10 years, a decent gold mine is a great thing to own especially with the current inflation which is underreported. Only problem for me is that now gold competes with crypto.

“ If it drops, just sit and collect dividend”

That’s not a smart thing to do, some clowns have held a 60% capital loss to collect a 5% dividend. They will now need a 158% rise for capital breakeven.

…….And of course some of us can see that going forward production is going to be flat for the next 5 years and a big fat dividend cut is imminent.

Let's see what occurs- we know what normally happens if it exceeds but I may go POLY instead of here as this is high risk a the mo and completely unclear on short term direction since the RNS. We know the financials won't be pretty next time round here and in most cases further downside occurs (but not all).
Good luck to all here.
