08/7/2020 07:22 | The POG drop was a “gargantuan Hardly even worth mentioning - have you got your decimal places confused? | adg
08/7/2020 06:38 | I think holders, if not traders, who were at work yesterday and did not see the positive turnaround in the p.o.g. until they got home, could be taking profits this morning when they see the the p.o.g has begun to fall back overnight. | azalea
07/7/2020 19:02 | Yes she will and she does there no stopping her | spacedust
07/7/2020 18:25 | Will she blow 1800 today :-)? | stevedaytrader
07/7/2020 16:05 | Ah, the Feds. Thank you. Well given the fall in 2 out of the three US.indexes, whatever was said, did not please companies and their share holders alike. | azalea
07/7/2020 15:48 | The Fed - Federal Open Market Committee - Federal Reserve | c9ajl
07/7/2020 15:43 | martin FOMC? I think that is it for the p.o.g . I expect traders to move in to take profits before the close. | azalea
07/7/2020 15:23 | fomc member clearly said something at 2 pm.....anyone know what, more easing ? | martinfrench
07/7/2020 14:42 | The $600 paid to the U.S. unemployed, on top of the regular benefit, will expire this month. Given that the unemployed numbers are expected to go back up following the resurgence of covid-19, with lock downs being reimposed, if the $600 extra payment is not continued, it could well worsen the real economy as opposed to the stock market, which is being prevented from crashing by the Feds pumping in trillions of dollars in recent months. Resulting from the significant rise in infection rates in several U.S. states, Goldman Sachs has lowered its outlook for the U.S. economy from a 4.2% contraction to 4.6%. Interestingly, whilst,Morningstar is showing the DJIA and Nasdaq indexes currently up 459pts and 226 pts respectively, the S&P 500 is showing zero movement. At the same time the p.o.g. is seen to have regained all of its earlier losses today and in slightly positive territory. A scenario that has not gone unnoticed by those trading CEY share price Edit; Whoops, just took a second look at the indexes, DJIA S&P 500 and Nasdaq are all in the red, and the p.o.g. is up circa $8. What is going on? | azalea
07/7/2020 11:28 | With both EU and UK stock market indexes all in the red today, with LSE listed companies reporting significant poor results and business trends, which are most likely mirrored by EU companies, due to covid-19, I expect companies in the U.S. to report similar problems as they report there results in due course. | azalea
07/7/2020 10:31 | Given that BoA, Citibank and half a dozen financial pundits are predicting a very significant rise in the p.o.g this year -$1800+ and $2400+ in 2021, with a strong expectation of a severe retrace in the US markets, despite the Feds pumping trillions of $ into it; CEY is my sole investment. | azalea
07/7/2020 09:52 | Azalea I hope so But I have already got all mine until after the Monday RNS. Ideally looking for a share price around 220p, a bit of wishful thinking there. But a stonking good Q2 and it could get up there if It’s coupled with a $1800 Gold price. AISC is going to be up on Q2 due to the lower tonnage. Lower grade ores ( compared to underground ores ) from open pit. These were above expectations in Q1 so let’s hope that continues. A chance of an increase in H1 2019 divi of 4c. A high average realised gold price for Q1 & Q2. Q2 average gold price was $1710. It was $1587 for Q1. Base case was $1250 ish so good improvement there. | larry laffer
07/7/2020 09:36 | Larry The dip this morning presents a perhaps never again opportunity to buy into CEY before its share price hits that 200p mark and beyond. | azalea
07/7/2020 09:03 | Production , as always , will probably be key to the next move in the SP | kennyp52
06/7/2020 21:40 | Kenny Hope there’s enough steam to get us over 200p by Friday noon. No doubt there will be the usual profit taking Friday afternoon. I’m banking on the 110k being a relatively easy target to hit. Even without much underground tonnage. | larry laffer
06/7/2020 21:01 | Strength building towards the Production then financial RNS . Could bode well for another leg up on the SP | kennyp52
06/7/2020 14:24 | Citybank has joined the mainstream of gold bulls, raising its forecast for the p.o.g. this week with a 3 month projection of $1825, with analysts expecting the p.o.g to eclipse $2000 early 2021. Meanwhile SCMC Capital, founder and CEO, Massimaliono Bondurri, told Bloomberg he thinks the p.o.g. could hit close to $2000 by the end of this year and could rally further due to dollar weakness. the latter reinforces the /forecasts/predictio | azalea
06/7/2020 13:36 | P.O.G. up through the $1780 level, $1850 by the end of this month? This time round, traders and sellers could get their fingers singed.. | azalea
06/7/2020 12:57 | Skinny iDealing.com Ltd. Having only very recently returned to specifically invest in this FTSE 350 gold mining company, I reopened my old A/C with them, which I first used when I started buying shares on the internet- night into day. | azalea
06/7/2020 12:15 | From memory (I've had it for so long), I'm a silver member which gives me live prices with no timeouts. | skinny
06/7/2020 12:04 | who are you with azalea? skinny, not that i am going to bother paying it, but what does premium membership give you, just access to premium chat boards ? surely not | martinfrench
06/7/2020 12:03 | Skinney & Martin I put an order in and got the price I wanted. I have bought for just one reason - the directors have collectively been buying literally millions of shares at significantly higher prices. This is not to be construed as a recommendation on my part. DYOR. Definitely. END OF. | azalea |
