01/7/2020 13:31 | Return With the circa $8.50 rise in the p.o.g. fading away to a paltry 60cts, I suspect you are not alone and will be joined by traders in gold on both sides of the pond, before the end of the week. With all major EU market indexes in the red along with most of UK indexes, I am concerned as to where US indexes will be at the close tomorrow, with the holiday starting Friday ahead of the 4th July. Edit:Ugh. Down $7 at 1415 hrs . | azalea
01/7/2020 13:18 | Come and push Hum over 30p :), junior gold miner fingers crossed about to re rate | ukgeorge
01/7/2020 13:10 | I have taken profits here and will wait for a dip which might not come, still have £100K in other miners so not too worried about missing out on future pog rises gla | return_of_the_apeman
01/7/2020 08:57 | Profit taking holding the price back ... another 10% at least in this IMHO if POG breaks $1800 and holds . Good luck Larry .. 100% agree ... all in place for them to report a huge profit .. all about production and we know they are into those higher grades . Fingers crossed . Looking forward to a fat dividend . | kennyp52
01/7/2020 08:42 | Q2 average gold price was $1710. It was $1587 for Q1 Forecast gold production is 110k Oz. Due to lower underground production, the higher grade ores. Fuel price relatively low Now would be a Particularly good time to Have bust the gold produced this quarter forecast. | larry laffer
01/7/2020 08:22 | £2 on its way IMO.... and hope you don't mind, it has taken fekin ages, but finally SHG is now on the offer at 14p....hope a few of you followed in at the 5p level a while back! Lots more to come IMO.....DYOR as ever and looking forward to more success at CEY as well | qs99
30/6/2020 20:56 | “some very smart 'in the know' buyers of CEY shares today” .... if you are in the know then you do not have to be smart but you do need to answer to the FCA ... feel free to divulge your inside information azalea .... 🌺 | kennyp52
30/6/2020 17:21 | There were some very smart 'in the know' buyers of CEY shares today. Buyers were moving in when the p.o.g. was down circa $8, when you would think the latter would have attracted sellers, Compared to the price of 160.8095p which I paid on the 18/6, the share price of circa 183p at the close today should not be sniffed at. Yet, today, the value of the dollar had not weakened and the US. market indices had not plunged. Interesting.. | azalea
30/6/2020 16:42 | Here we go,mid-summer and quiet markets with everyone gone off on holiday....oh hang on a minute.Last day of the quarter, let's hope pog can hold going into the third quarter. Some positioning maybe. | redbaron10
30/6/2020 16:19 | Bloody hell its on fire..... | larry laffer
30/6/2020 13:03 | Interesting to see CEY share price rising, despite the p.o.g.s falling -$8.8. | azalea
30/6/2020 09:09 | Yes it does - I've held these since 2012 and its at times like these I realise I really should have more! | skinny
30/6/2020 09:06 | Skinny ... 1month looks particularly interesting 🧐 | kennyp52
30/6/2020 09:05 | Well said Martinfrench. All views are welcome but when it gets to ramping level it does become tiresome. | kennyp52
30/6/2020 09:02 | It was an update, from the 19/5. However point taken. | azalea
30/6/2020 08:53 | azalea, question for you, and particularly since you seem new to this board, are we going to get this peter schiff love in day in day out? think you have made your point on many occasions, and you are clearly long but the message is going to get very tired. we all know where gold is heading we dont really need it 24/7 or do we ? | martinfrench
30/6/2020 08:22 | You American azalea ? | kennyp52
29/6/2020 22:20 | Once you finished listening to the forecast for the property market, listen to what Frank Holmes has to say on the p.o.g. to the Kitco interviewer today 29/6. | azalea
29/6/2020 21:36 | One of many things things most financial pundits who are talking about why, how and where, the dollar is heading, is that 2008 will be nothing compared to what is soon going to happen to the US stock market, this time around. This time, Feds have printed trillions of dollars with more to come, with the Chair Mr Powell, saying there is limit to how far he will go to prevent another 2008. The coming crash will be directly linked to a weakening of the dollar, which both Peter Schiff and Stephen Roach have talked about in their recent presentations. Had QE worked there would be no reason to continue doing it. After listening to what they say, turn next to finding out why there is also going to be a crash in the U.S. property market. | azalea
29/6/2020 19:46 | Of course everything gets hit, just look at March and 2008 etc.As I've said a few times, many companies will do very well relatively as others fall, they mop up the customers, even when market shrinks their share can easily grow- govts not easing on spending when money is so cheap- Trump is desperate to win and relies on markets. This stock do well as has strong fundamentals and gold remains strong. CEY do not want a crash/repeat of end of Feb this year. Of course ompanies results short term won't be good- but how much is priced in already- people need to put their money somewhere and cash generates 0 interest. | stevedaytrader
29/6/2020 18:23 | I agree with Picardy. If market crashes everything will get hit except maybe the dollar. | djb3
29/6/2020 18:09 | To all those who have not googled Peter Schiff 8/6/2020 and listened to him talking about where the value of the dollar and the p.o.g. is going, I would urge them to do so. | azalea
29/6/2020 17:02 | What if any is the impact of Joseph stepping down - clearly had local influence. | huncher |
