Cut already juju but your gap does get filled. I'm converted. Missed one on a chart so entered too high as it reverted to lower gap fill. Was able to add some more but now overloaded.
Worth selling out somethings to capture this AU may break out and CEY still have the gold in the ground well overdone IMO. 150p and more in next few months.

Comments don't come any more banal...

Must be about time we had another comment on gold. Which might go up. Or might stay the same. Or could even go down.

Yes, quite a chunky buy that. I bought more last week at about 132, happy with that in the longer term.

UK George,
I have added more this morning - might be a bit too early but not too concerned on a 6-12 month view.

Good to see one of the Non-Exec directors buying a chunk of shares this morning.

The Market today

UK and European stocks slide

Italy's FTSE MIB, its leading stock market index, is trading down 2.79% as the country appeared to be heading towards another election after President Sergio Mattarella appointed ex-IMF economist Carlo Cottarelli as a stop-gap prime minister.

In Spain - which is also grappling with its own political turmoil - the Ibex fell by 2.38%.

In London, the FTSE 100 extended its fall and is now off 122 points 7,619.83 -1.43%
Meanwhile, the FTSE 250 is down 305, at 20,805.35
Gold at $1302 +$3.90

There's no real support on the chart till around 116p then 112p for the 200dma.

So we could have some more pain in the short term. But likely prove to be a good buying opportunity if it happens.

matty

since you bought last Friday after the large drop, you haven't stop repeating the same story... super cheap and plenty of cash.

Centamin (CEY) slumped 18.1% to 130.5p as it lowered its production guidance for 2018 following persisting low grades in the open pit and lower development grades from underground production at its Sukari gold mine.

Time will tell when ready to bounce and one does not buy the same day of the drop.

This is a solid business with good divi. This is just a temp blip, share price will bounce back in no time. Grab your hands on this while you can :). Perfect time for top up for me. Come June these will be well above 160-70 levels. Solid buy!!

Today’s massive FTSE drop isn’t helping the situation here. FTSE down 1.4% right now, hold that gut for now and wait for the next week when the normal service will resume #KeepTheFaith ;).

These are super cheap right now, IMO these will be trading well over 150 a piece by end of next week when the wider market picks up again.

Hit 4 where you meant to hit 2, presumably? ;)

Nothing for it but to see this through now, unfortunately. Spike up on gold not helping in the way we'd usually expect.

Weaker Q2. That is all. Come Q3 and Q4 it will be business as usual. Too many short term traders around these days looking for a quick buck. A steal at these levels and it has provided a very cheap entry level if you have a horizon greater than a day!
