I think the pattern shows a lack of stock most of the time and a determined buyer; with Neil selling on the spikes.

Neil Craven opened up his advfn monitor and saw the price I reckon!

A bit of profit taking before the next leg up?

Not long to wait for news, as the results have to be out by the end of June. With luck, though, they will be released sooner than that - I'm hoping for early June

I guess the thing we are all looking forward to is news of progress at CAH - if the rate of growth there continues through 2010 at even just half the rate we saw in 2009, then we could be looking at CLTV's stake being worth £30m+, or 40p+ per share. Is that possible? Maybe, maybe not - only the published figures will get us any closer to knowing, so it's going to make fascinating reading.

Hopefully, this progress we have seen is not another false dawn, but at this stage the risk-reward looks very good to me...

Neil is obviously engaged elsewhere with LNG at the moment and so could explain why he hasn't been dumping stock into this rally. Still not heard back from Andrew for a few days now so my guess is there is something brewing in the background and he is therefore keeping a low profile. Thats my hunch anyway.

6 months consolidation is plenty. I think it's time for the next stage.

6.5p is the current year closing high, will we beat that in the next couple of days? Good chance IMHO.

NC always sells through a matched basis !

Would he sell on his own to a mm, you can sell 100k at 5.75p online
right now, certainly better than what he has been getting recently
but maybe a bit small for him but the price makes up for the small size.

I imagine Neil Craven is lurking in the background with his finger on the sell button again. Once he is cleared we should have room for lift on. Not heard back from Andrew on the points raised so perhaps there is news brewing in the background.

Yes should get a steady rise from here.
Off topic have a look at MPS, market cap just 400K. I recently posted some research on the bb.

Certainly in demand - but only from a few.

Figures next time will bring in many new investors - 10p soon and then 20p.

Must be another squeeze as somebody paid 6.25p on a 5-6p spread.

I see WINs have incresed their bid price to 5p this morning. I would think they want stock. Could be an interesting day.
I spent some of last night re reading the last interim results, trading statement and Top 100 Company announcement for CAH. Having digested all the info again I am even more confident about CLTV than I ever have been.
As a reminder the number of transaction CAH are processing have increased from 2m in Jan 09 to 10m in Dec 09.
Now lets say the average is 6.6m a month for the second half of last year which gives a total 39.6m for the second half and we know that produced a profit of $2m. If we are starting at 10m in Jan 10 and assume 10% growth per month we would acheive 90m in the first half of this year and produce a profit of ?. I woudl guess that as they have already said their fixed costs are pretty static this couold produce profits of $8m. Lets then say $16m for the year. CLTV have a 37.5% stake so thats $6m or £4m or put another way the entire valuation of the company right now.
If teh numbers are above are anywhere near accurate this is one share which is going place.
Good luck all and AIMHO.

Rule 26 requires updates every 6 months, doesn't it? So Jan 13 is within the limit.

Well, 1.25m shares traded in the end - very high volume for this company and so I wonder if it is meaningful?

No idea about Hoodless

Yes, you'd think they would update the shareholder info more regularly, given that they update the 'news' section pretty quickly when there is a new release

The website contravenes rule 26 in so far as not updated within reasonable time...just check all the holdings info that is months behind.

Do Hoodless B still hold so many for clients ??
