I was one of those who added at 5.14p I only have a small holding in this one, but always good to see a board that are really involved and have their own significant holdings.

Those buys made me check the limits !

They are offering a maximum 10k at 5.73p, sure they have more stock
than that ?

But everybody is happy though, not like we are grouping together to shake
things up.

If Cah is raking it in then it gives the UK operations time to turn things
around, if they come good as well then you can start to think about those
fancy prices touted by some on here.

Cheers,

Isn't it interesting that just a few of us control over 13%+ of the company!

No doubt there are more here that haven't read the board today or not posted, so it wouldn't surprise me if the advfn crowd own 20% or more of the issued shares in total

Nice to see this thread return back to life.

That 5.15p was popular.

Since we are counting, I hold 350k which is about 0.46%. As I am about to move house, I've been gradually selling off my other holdings, but I'm not parting with these!

Much better price to buy now.

5.15p down from 5.65p high.

I account for a few TA but i invest for a few different people so i'm not
sure if i would count for a certain %.

I stand by my target price based on the following assumptions:

1 - revenue growth drops to 75% in 2010 from 400% in H2 2009
2 - margins increase slightly as more drops through to the bottom line
3 - a PE of 20x 2010 earnings is given to the company
4 - an exchange rate of $1.55 to the pound
5 - the directors continue to act in the interests of all holders
6 - CLTV maintain their 37.5% stake in CAH

If all of those are satisfied, then that would mean a share price of 50p per share

But, if revenue growth were to continue at say 125% in 2010, it would warrant a slightly higher PE imo and I think we would be looking at over 100p per share. Is 125% for 2010 too demanding given that organic growth in H2 2009 was 400%?

On top of that, there is the UK business, but I have not included that here

We are now almost four months post period end at CAH, so there must be people out there with a pretty good idea about progress is being made. Trouble is, for any of them looking to buy shares, there are very few out there to be had.

Seems that Topgun, Kiop and I own over 7% between us and that's just three of us...

Hi David,

When I spoke to NC, he mentioned that he was classed as 'inside' the company, telling me that was why he knows a lot more about the company than I do, but couldn't discuss it (unless I went 'inside' too)

He did also tell me he thought that the Directors are 100% on the side of investors and that they are completely honest (I asked him about his feelings on them)

Why would the closed period affect Neil Craven ? Is he a director or connected party ? The company only issued a holdings announcement for him not a directors RNS !

Craven will have to be done soon as the company enters a closed period.

Exactly.

On the last Cah update the bid spiked to 7.25p high and now we are 4.5p.

So if they once again say sales and profits are still going through the
roof you wont have to be good at maths to work out what will happen.

Shame about the spread, i wonder if Craven is done now ?

Agreed watchout2 we are long overdue a good run up. Results are not far away and if we get a wiff that India is doing even better then these will be in demand. IMHO now is the time to get in.
