If that is true...

Mr Craven, any chance of you taking a seat on the Board, as you did at LNG? (Or will too many Board Meetings back in the UK jeopardise your tax residency status?). I have limited faith in the current corporate governance including certain specific concerns which I would be delighted to discuss with you if you attend the AGM (either as a director or not).

I hear on the grapevine that Neil Craven visits this board on a daily basis from Switzerland.

Welcome Neil!

If there was a buy order on the books you would have thought they would raise the bid to tempt more sellers....holding on to them I reckon.

TA : I would love to agree with you, but sad fact is, late results are mostly bad news. As for CLTV management, normally they are very quick to release any positive news, if they have any and drag their feet for opposite.

Possible. I agree, it is odd for this stock not to fall at the slightest suggestion of a sell

Perhaps someone has put a big buy order in expecting a positive trading update in the results?

Still, strange to see these sells and the share price not drop (1 sale in the past has dropped this down usually), maybe MM's keeping hold of cheap stock for a nice gain (do they know when and what results are?), lets hope so.

I'm pretty sure that revenue for the year that ended in December 2007 will be dire, in my opinion.

However, that's all in the past and we now have a completely different company from this time last year. The only thing that really matters to me is how they are doing currently and what we can expect in the future.

Hopefully we are on the verge of profitability and cash generation and growing revenues rapidly for the 3G Video and Internet products

Mu guess is that if we are still a going concern this time next year and have not had to go back to the market to raise more funds, then we could get back to having a market cap over £5m and be shares will be trading over 6p. Perhaps we could even be up to £10m+ and 12-15p per share by then if the products they are developing right now really begin to take-off

analyst thanks for that, lets hope revenue is above market expectations.

Looks like a couple more sells trickling through (hope they dont know somethething!). Just tried a mock sell online and quoted 2.2p.

Sorry, i have no idea about that and wouldn't pretend to.

His hands on approach relating to LNG indicates his frustration at the companies performance and i suspect he will want to do the same here at some future date.

Sans Souci, a good buy at that price (I thought that was a sell it was so low! :-). Good luck, hopefully good things to come.

Karn..... do you reckon Neil Craven could eventually make a takeover move (for CLTV)?

Hi Guys

Decided to take the plunge.

If past form is anything to go by, we must be at or near the bottom.

Hopefully some positive news in the run up to results

That 100k odd at 2.15p was my first buy.

They are taking their time releasing results. Last year they came out around the 5th May and the year before that at the beginning of April.

We know the figures will be pretty dire, but as ever, what really matters is the current trading and outlook.

I guess we can look at the delay as a good or bad thing. They may be waiting for more figures to come through from the 3G video products that were growing revenue so rapidly recently, perhaps with intention to be able to announce they are now trading profitably, or close to being profitable or perhaps waiting for a new contract to be signed or on the verge of launching the gaming products. The delay may be a good thing

On the other hand, they may be delaying as long as possible because things are bad and they are just hoping for something better to come along by the end of June (the latest date they can announce)

Might be worth ringing Andrew Wilson to see when they intend to announce...

...these are a steal at this price, wish I had some surplus funds but all tied up now. Results should be out very soon I would have thought?

80K buy at full offer price of 2.5p.

Looks like it is better to buy in now, than to pay 3p plus after the results, IMHO.

MN,

Probably a great idea, although most probably ahead of its time.

I just hope they can hit sustainable profit in the short term by creating some good websites that are easy to navigate.

Hi Rv,

they've expanded the selection, I also think that quite a few could be adapted to run in the English world.

There's also my dreams if they ran the broadcast TV channels, but on mobile, with a direct link to a video-call model, just imagine the ka-ching, also if they done it with the networks directly, they'd be able to cut out the middle-men who take up the commission from that £1.50 a minute!

Kind regards,

MN
