It will be very dissapointing for people like me that bought at 10p if they keep us out the long term action. Very dissapointing.

Absolutely convinced there will be a MBO with Craven taking a position. They have consolidated the business and now have a minimal growth strategy - no need for further placings. They have undertaken a massive cost reduction exercise that has led to them making an operating loss in H1 of just £300k (discovery payment excluded). It is not unreasonable to say they will break even at operating level in H2 (see staff & premises overhead reductions). They have used the discovery payment to clear their short term debt facilities.

Why do they need the administrative and financial burden of being a public listed company anymore?

Can anyone offer an argument against this?

Has anyone experienced an MBO?

noticed the buying , it could possibly be shorts closing but i am just guessing, would have thought the share price would have risen otherwise. just popping that into the equation. i dont hold but the buying is making me look at this much closer.its either short closing or something is going on and looks like it may be good. good luck.

massive buys again today. 3p easy by end of the week, imho.

Going to a new low is a great sign, for a mega rise. If these buys keep up then even 5p is possible.

MN,

Unfortunately we dont get many headlines.....

There is lots of potential with the technology and the growth of both the internet and 3G services. Cross platform would appear to be the future and Cellcast pretty well placed in the market. Lets hope the management have the right strategy in place now, or if not, that they are extremely close to doing so.

On a completely different note, I hear the new i-phone is out, although it doesnt support flash videos, which I thought was a bit poor.

Hi,

It's worth looking at the individual comapanies to see if you see unappreciated value, where other investors don't -the secret to all good investments.

No doubt there's a few bad choices of either investment or timing, but many [of mr. cravens investments] will still have great returns if invested in around now or if they go lower in share-price.

cltv might be more of a business then the headlines might tell.......

Yours kindly,

MN

Hi the analyst. I'm not aware of any more. I believe this is him. Seems to build equity positions to gain a position onto the Board. With >20% and his credentials its a possibility here to or he could be valuable for any attempted MBO. Opinion only.
NEIL E. CRAVEN has served as our Executive Vice President, Infrastructure
Development & Bandwidth Sales since March 1998 and has seven years of experience
in the telecommunications industry. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Craven was a member

Corporate Strategy and Planning and later serving as Vice President of Business
Development. Prior to joining Unisource Carrier Services, Mr. Craven was
employed by Siemens AG in Germany, where he worked on various international
infrastructure projects. Mr. Craven has an Honors degree in Computer Engineering
from Trinity College, Dublin and a Master of Business Administration degree from
the Rotterdam School of Management. He is a citizen of Ireland.

Hi moneymaker, yes recent performance has not been good and that is probably an understatement looking at the charts below for LNG, BTG, LNG and CLTV.

Are there any others?

I guess that many would look at his performance and see a huge profit on one investment (QXL/TRAD) which made a fortune and then since then, just a series of very poor investment decisions. Did he just 'luck-out' initially? Does he have any investment prowess at all? It's difficult to know - he's reported to be a 'professional investor', so I would like to know what his return has been over the past three years.

One thing I have heard is that he is in communication with the CLTV board (as you would expect) and is excited about the prospects. Make of that what you will...

Bright Things (BTG)

Leisure and Gaming (LNG)

Cellcast (CLTV)

Medsea (MEA)

and then the good one:

Tradus (TRAD)

the analyst, i'd be happier with NC's increased interest 'if' you can show me one of his recent success stories. It appears he's maybe not the best stock picker in town.

saddays lyed to my reply when I questioned the buy earlier today. Still I am surprised how no one took the last chance to top up their holdings on the back of such a large buy.

I know things are not clear by a long way, but this is a better punt than going to the casino to double your money.

Well, if he can repeat his QXL/TRAD feat, we'll all be very happy bunnies indeed...

If only, LOL!

No problem, had presumed the posts must have crossed.

The main thing here, is that Craven is topping up, despite the looming ofcom decision. Hopefully, this indicates how confident he is at the business plan going forward. I'm sure he knows a lot more about the state of the company than we do.

Released after hours too, so they are not trying to draw attention to it, which is interesting

saddays re. post #973.

You got a great deal at £15k as you say, 10% discount, it would have cost me £16.5k+ and thats without dealing charges.
Ive held this share for a long time and read this bb often but your appearance today with 5 posts, 4 of which are ramping imte leaves me to wonder if your posts are lets say ...truthful.
If so then i will apologise, maybe its being stuck in this share that has made me wary.
