11/12/2017 10:30 | Hallow Hurricane is not struggling it’s a slow burn till April 2019. Just folks in at 26p out at 30p and 31p a nice 17% turn on weeks not months. On Caspian the driver for upgrading the transport system is that they are currently “Giving away” high value liquids amounting to 5% of production. Bump that from 3,500 bpd to 10,000 and raise the price from $18 to $50 and it’s clear why they will upgrade. An opportunity not a challenge. | davidblack
11/12/2017 09:06 | Hallow, Re HUR, i hold a chunk but the challenge there is getting the right partner without diluting too much. The cost of exploration and development is huge unlike onshore Kstan which is one of the cheapest areas to produce from. Low labour, equipment cost and made even better by the FX position with Tenge/Dollar. Casper will be able to generate production to a certain level before needing the railway which is the big cost for them. They don't want dilution so the sooner they get to 10000 bopd, the sooner they create the surplus reveniuue which makes that $40m investment a little easier. Smarty | xclusive2

09/12/2017 08:08 | CASP is a SEAQ stock. This is a system for trading small-cap London Stock Exchange (LSE) stocks. Stocks need to have at least two market-makers to be eligible for trading via SEAQ. ' In the LSE, only AIM stocks with low liquidity are traded on the SEAQ market. It is a quote-driven market made by specialized and competing dealers, also known as market-makers. Orders are traded through so that typically incoming market priced orders will trade with the 'Market Makers Quotes' and not at better prices, which may be available inside the market makers Bid/Ask spreads. ' Main market has matched trades which allow broker systems to guess the “buy/sell̶ | togglebrush
08/12/2017 20:00 | Don't know what were sells and what were buys but pretty immaterial with £20k traded all day. 2 weeks into A5 testing and maybe some update next week although I'd prefer they sit tight. Roll on 2018 and an avalanche of positive news. | xclusive2

07/12/2017 09:05 | Interim flow rates are likely to be issued each month so pencil in the 30th December although personally please make that the first week of Jan so the news is not lost. | davidblack
06/12/2017 19:58 | When do we find anything out such as oilfield capacity, flow rates etc This has all been going on so long my head is spinning. I know the test is for 90 days but that seems a very long time to wait. | hallow
06/12/2017 17:11 | Yes the shallow wells do mount up. Hopefully we will get the 600bopd they indicated which should take us through the 4,000 mark. Oh and CC said they were getting $20 a barrel last month although this obviously moves up and down. | davidblack
06/12/2017 14:52 | 3500 bopd Is closer to $20m p/a. Over double my figure and according to Carver this is net of all expenses. Nice little earner to keep it ticking over until the big bucks start rolling in when the 'deeps' start going to market. | harrissen
06/12/2017 13:41 | i have a feeling we could see a general market correction early next year. it would be just our luck before we see the real value reflected in the CASP share price . I am unsure of the catalyst for it, but you do get a feeling it is coming dont you. | bullinachinashop3
06/12/2017 13:25 | They are currently producing and selling 3,500 barrels which should go up to 4,000 once 146 is tied in. A5 will take a bit of logistics before they can start selling that locally. But first the question is how much is the daily flow? With luck an interim amount before Christmas but if not then can we have it on the 3rd of January when the market is back to work. I hate between Christmas and New Year announcements. | davidblack
06/12/2017 12:07 | Well worth another viewing imo. Carver explains why it is not imperative that they have a fund raise in six months time. They could be producing over 10,000 bopd by then at the market rate instead of the $16/$20 they get for the 1,500 bopd they are selling locally That is net of all costs so you are looking at $20/$30K a day profit not bad for starters! That's about £9m a year! Published on 3 Nov 2017 Clive Carver, chairman of Caspian Sunrise, discusses the ‘huge potential’ of its flagship BNG asset in Kazakhstan. Having established 3500 barrels of oil equivalent per day, Clive eyes the potential for ‘mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity’. | harrissen

06/12/2017 10:00 | harrissen, recently i've been having many of those perhaps as many as the shares in issue, but i forget now! bull, $4m? $156bn? $216tn? eventually someone will find a pin... | konil |
