What timescale are we talking before CSH is no more? End of the year perhaps.

Beggers belief that MM can get away with so much. His sort must so love the unregulated AIM market.

Once CSH is no more, hopefully shareholders can move on and learn lessons from this.

5th March 2008 the Company announced:

"Further to the announcement made on 24 April 2007, Caspian Holdings Plc announces that it has drawn down the second tranche of the unsecured credit facility to raise £100,000 at a rate of 4% over LIBOR from investors and major shareholders."

HOW MUCH OF THIS LEFT THEN WITH NO INCOME FOR 3 MONTHS?


"Participating investors in the second tranche have been granted 25 options over ordinary shares in the Company for every £1.00 invested in the facility as a commitment fee The options have an exercise price of 3 pence and expire on 31 December 2010. However, should the Company's Zhengeldy Subsoil License in
Kazakhstan be terminated or suspended by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan, the above options in relation to the second tranche will then have an exercise price of 1 pence and expire on 31 December 2010."

WHAT LIKELIHOOD THE TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE SUBSOIL LICENSE AND A SUBSEQUENT EXERCISE PRICE OF 1P?



"The second tranche of the loan is a short term facility to fund working capital and new project acquisition activities. It is intended that the entire facility is replaced with more permanent finance in the future following either the extension of the Zhengeldy licence area and/or new project acquisition. The entire loan will be repaid in full on the earlier of an equity raising or at maturity on 11 April 2009. Major shareholders including Chairman Michael Masterman have shown their support for the company in participating in the loan facility."

HOW MUCH LEFT? HOW IS MASTERMAN GOING TO RAISE FUNDS IN THIS MARKET WITH HIS TRACK RECORD?

From the 20th February:

"The Company is currently awaiting approval of its Supervision of Development Plan ("SDP") from the Central Commission of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan ("MEMR"). The SDP, which has previously been approved by the Atyrau Regional Inspector and received the necessary positive opinion from the independent expert, has been tabled at the February meeting of the Central Commission of MEMR and the Company awaits the protocol from this meeting."




In 8 days time, this company will have had 3 months without any income.

Nice residential address. Take a look at the satelite view and many have pools. Looks like a pretty upmarket neighbourhood to me.

Not really the sort of place where you'd expect to find an oil corporation though eh?

Still, lease signed on a whole 1sqkm, and in true Masterman style (what was his name before he changed it?) no details on the company he is contracting with, the acreage on which the lease is signed, the lease terms, the prospectivity, the funding requirements........

it looks like a residential area.
it seems after that this serri oil company exists only in paper.

this vittorino serri sounds like and italian mafia owned ghost company.
if you are an import/export oil company you would at least have a website.
there should be something in some usa local government website if this company actually owns any assets or a licence at least.


this sounds like any announcement from now on will be from usa.
kazakhstan will be forgoten why don't they tell the truth
