Credit Facility Agreement

Further to the announcement made on 24 April 2007, Caspian Holdings Plc
announces that it has drawn down the second tranche of the unsecured credit
facility to raise £100,000 at a rate of 4% over LIBOR from investors and major
shareholders.

Ton - I heard the results are delivered by hand and unfortunately the Atyrau Regional Inspector is a very fat man and his donkey very small, old and feeble.... would explain the delay in knowing the outcome of the February meeting.

At least I don't stand to lose anything like those "investors" who threw cash away on the 2nd tranche £100k unsec facility - somehow I don't think their 25 options @1p or 3p for every unsecured £1 are somehow going to yield the big bucks if CSH announces....... "Errr temporary suspension is kind of permanent"

A CSH reunion AGM. Now that would be fun.

Consider my interest as a little personal therapy. It also allows me to make good some of my losses via short positions although my position is neutral at the moment.

Incidentally.....



"The Company is currently awaiting approval of its Supervision of Development Plan ("SDP") from the Central Commission of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan ("MEMR"). The SDP, which has previously been approved by the Atyrau Regional Inspector and received the necessary positive opinion from the independent expert, has been tabled at the February meeting of the Central Commission of MEMR and the Company awaits the protocol from this meeting."

Lesson learnt. Fotunately getting out at 30p! (with the exception of 25k at 28.5p).

Masterman is quite clearly a con-man. And I see little to change that view.
