The SDP, which has previously been approved by the Atyrau Regional Inspector and received the necessary positive opinion from the independent expert, has been tabled at the February meeting of the Central Commission of MEMR and the Company awaits the protocol from this meeting."

If the storage tanks are full there will be nowhere else to store the oil, so it is best off left underground until the licence is granted.It makes sence to to get twice or three times domestic prices after this is granted.imo
