19/10/2024 11:12 | Shareholder benefits Fare Types Shareholder be *Reduced Rates Employees, travel agents cruising at travel agent rates, tour conductors or anyone travelling on a staff reduced rates, Travel Industry rates or on a complimentary basis are excluded from this offer. All other fares types, including any on board spending money benefits, are currently combinable with sharehold -------------------- They may have your 'fare type' down as one of those (possibly travel agents rate) where the benefit doesn't apply. Why hold shares for the benefit? I expect 99.5% of cruises qualify for the obc. But how the hell us punters are supposed to know which fare type we have bought is enigmatic. Best to ask before you book whether the shareholder perks apply for the cruise (which they will do if not part of a fly/hotel/cruise package, or idf th agent hasn't chartered the whole ship, or if the agent hasn't pre bought a number of cabins. I always ask now - and the anton du bek i mentioned earlier doesn't pay the obc, so I didn't book it. | pierre oreilly |
