Normally if you have 5 players in a sector (A,B,C,D,E) then C buys D or E to compete better with A and B. it's called consolidation and has been going on for at least 200 years.just currently stalled in the uk right now

The technical team growth is in India not the UK, this is the presumed savings, along with running UK telcos out of South Africa and German speaking telcos out of Poland and Bulgaria and more IT people in Poland.

Just read AH post on Linkedin.When I read one part on staff increase" in a team from 11 to 1800 in 11 months! " (Third paragraph last line) and " I was joined by members of the Ex team Xenia Walters Corinne Ripoche and Manpreet Singh where we had an intense but very productive few days, engaging with our teams and learning about the incredible and important work we do for our clients and Capita" ( First parargraph sesond line down).

I think I know where the savings are coming from in the next 3 months.
