I would wait on that tone Trade4ever, there does seem some movement of the liquidity on share trades. The position of Buy and sells probably will not filter through for a day or 2 if the Buyers have built up a position with the amount of sold.

12 March 2024 shares traded 17.772,762
11 March 2024 shares traded 17,060,177

Historical Data shows a positive position on the Buyers but the share price fell. With the trades on the London Stock Exchange show off book/Sint etc.

Capita Outlook has been mentioned, it depends if you have faith in the new CEO and the plan which is ongoing but will present Capital Market in June.

The CEO bought shares in small amounts. All people can do is have patience and wait. The market one one-month share price crashes the following month they go up quickly it is the way of Investing Roller Coaster.

My outlook is Medium to long term so it is a hold and average down when others let emotions guide them and sell.

We do understand the frustration and disappointment to the share price movement in the last week.

Regarding solvency, as we flagged in the results announcement, we had £282m of available liquidity at year end, we then received £51m of net proceeds from the Fera disposal in January 2024, these two combined more than covers the forecast free cash outflow in 2024.

Following the roadshow, we received positive feedback to Adolfo’s initial thoughts about the business and where improvements can be made. Looking at the trading flows, it appears that most of the trading volumes have been through retail brokers and not institutional flows (we have not received any TR1 notifications). We had good engagement during our recent roadshow but it may be that some non-holders want to hear more detail in June than commit now. There can of course be many factors impacting when an institution buys and sells shares

This company deserve to die now, at least incompetent management will not be able to get anymore free salaries after it goes into administration.

Despite of seeing the company value being destroyed everyday. Management is not interested in saving this company. They are all happy to stay quite until next update in June instead of taking some urgent actions by that time Capita will be gone for the list of LSE.
