It looks like this month could be the turning point for the monthly down cycle.
It is then in scope to hit 32p ish for the End of Jun. edit (Should be July)

Given the news coming in June, it doesn't look too unlikely.

Roughly 60% fund owned then ....
These holders have stayed consistent at these levels as HelenP (IR) said no sell off when price dropped just pi's and mm taking the opportunity

RNS RWC Asset Management LLP

They have been unwinding their position since 2021 at regular intervals. In 2021 17% and 2024 it now stands at 14.96%.

On the other side, Schroders Plc has been increasing its position since 2021 up to 19.02% in 2024.

It is almost like for like on the reduction and increase of both parties.

RWC Partners has completed a shareholder transaction that saw the organisation and its new long-term partner, Lincoln Peak Capital, buy the entire minority equity stake owned by Schroders. 3 Feb 2020

Given the week status of Capita. They can go all in with aggressive bid between 20-25 Pence. Because they know that senior manager has already destroyed this company and do not have the ability to run this complex business. If senior management continues for another year they will bring this company into administration.

Senior Management have been disappointing the shareholder for more than 10 years. None of them have the ability to run this company. SERCO should take over Capita, Remove all current incompetent Management and run this company as they are successfully running Serco.

Any one voted I thought I would add this as most other AGM do not really have this listed. The ones I recall were Pendragon, Wincanton that I held

THAT, ANY GENERAL MEETING OF THE COMPANY THAT IS NOT AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING MAY BE CALLED BY NOT LESS THAN 14 CLEAR DAYS' NOTICE.

Just an Interesting point as CEO/CFO have bought shares and have Vested interests on Targets.
