Major Shareholders, Institutional Investors and Senior Management have destroyed this company. It is finished, it seems like it is heading for administrations now.
JL was the worst CEO in the history of CPI, he wasted over one Billion pounds from rights issue and sales proceeds. he should have been fired at least three years ago but he was allowed to continue to destroy this company. He was the most incompetent CEO who did not have any ability to run this company.

Lloyds Insurance in the short term is expecting more Cyber attacks in the coming 6 to 12 months with A. I usage on small to medium companies. Lloyds Insurance continued to say it may be 18 months before the Tech industry catches up and has taken steps on the insurance coverage in the short term to offset this.

Capita Plc CEO has said A.I would be a center point for future growth for the company. The capital market earmarked for June 2024 will indicate with which partners Capita will use or team up in the coming 3 months.
