Looking further into Capita's overview on how to deliver on what the CEO mentioned. I looked over Linkindin's post in February 2024 and the comments section. Well, looking through I came across Chris Humphries (Amelia) who mentioned looking forward to working with you.

Amelia is one of the world's largest privately held AI software companies and a global leader in Enterprise Conversational AI.

Amelia is an enterprise Conversational AI platform to build intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs) that understand and respond to human language to deliver cost savings and increased revenue. It covers Conversational AI and Generative AI to which the CEO of Capita alluded.

With cost savings, I think Amelia would be included.

Correct FeelThePain.

Under JL's legacy approach it could take 6 months to build an environment. Under AH this can be done in 6 minutes. It can also be taken down in the same amount of time. If you need an IT solution between 6am and 6pm, that's what you'll get.

Costs will be significantly reduced significantly. Just give the guy time. The shoots of transformation will be there for all to see in the not too distant.

I think the difference will be transformation.JL's sole solution to transformation was sell of bits of the business.AH comes from a business that is truly transformational, it comes up with new ideas and is a true leader. It also knows how to cut costs to the bone. It also continually improves and doesn't take 7 years to effect very little change.He surely will have learnt some of these ideas and can bring them to CPI.

Capita use to be British Icon company but sadly due to having incompetent senior management for many many years this company has been destroyed. Most incompetent of all was Jon Lewis he should have been fired at least 3 years ago. He wasted over Billion pounds and delivered nothing for the share holder apart from destruction.

On the other hand no institutional investor or major shareholder took any action of removing Jon Lewis but allowed him to continue with his wrong policies and destroying company. Jon Lewis had no understanding at all how to manage Capita business.

Institutional investor deserve what they got. It is them who have been employing and supporting these incompetent senior management
