The Lewis teams were still ordering physical bits of tin and building expensive solutions on-prem. The new guy will automate, virtualise, and codify everything. They'll be building cost-effective services in the cloud. This puts them well ahead of the competition. Previously unprofitable contacts will become profitable, as the fat is trimmed from the IT footprint.
