There are currently patents, which are still valid. However, two new patents just initiated during December 2023.
Business models which based on royalty maybe works well with software- it shows not so much with products based IP rights (...)

So it all depends on the price of the inevitable placing now. Are they able to support 0.5 or will they have to go lower to give plscees some sort of profit margin.

Doesn’t matter how they dress up the figure with no royalties coming in and supercapacitors making a loss it will get worse.

Wow another pump job by CPX. prediction of sales 6 months in advance and punters are falling for it 😂😂😂😂. With no revenues from royalties and increased material costs they are on course to make yet another large loss.

Be very aware, I’ve read on other boards posters asking for holding share numbers and few holding details, I admit that things in CPX could be much better but trying to get more info above an RNS, well I wouldn’t recommend giving details to anyone on a public BB or anything else for that matter a wise decision!!!!
